Does anyone know how long his contract is?

Petr is 24 this year, if I remember correctly. That's insane, it means he still has a good 4-5 years until he reaches his peak icon_eek.gif

Keepers often dont peak until well into their 30's. We could have another 15 great years of the best goalkeeper in the world.

I actually think the Cech and Robben signings were instigated by Peter Kenyon as they were on Man Utd's list of long term targets. Claudio was likely asked for his opinion but I don't think they were HIS signings.

Cheers,

Butch

Cech was Claudio's signing. In his autobiography, he details how he had been following Cech very closely for a couple of seasons.

The Shed End Forum relies on revenue to pay for hosting and upgrades. While we try to keep adverts as unobtrusive as possible without pop ups, we need to run ad's to make sure we can stay online and continue to keep the forum up, as over the years costs have become very high.

Could you please allow adverts on this domain by switching it off. Some of the advert banners can actually be closed to avoid interferance of your experience on The Shed End.

Cheers now!

Sure, let me in!
