Posted October 29, 200717 yr Great day in G?teborg yesterday as IFK won the championship after eleven barren years. Could those heady nights of European football be back. Not a chance, but I still remember the look on Sir Alex's face when Utd came here for a routine win and lost 3-1.
October 29, 200717 yr Congratulations! I'm a IF Elfsborg supporter myself but since we couldn't win it (darn sloppy play at times) I'm glad IFK did. They've been great this season. Was hoping a bit for Kalmar though But the best wasn't that IFK won, the best thing was that we won our last game and those stinkin AIK (bloody sewer rats) lost so they dropped to 5th place while IFE went up to 4th Too bad Brommapojkarna got relegated.

November 1, 200717 yr Seems like just yesterday Sven G Eriksson took over and put in the 4-4-2. Is it just me or does spelling his name "Sven G Eriksson" make him a bit more hip?
