Remember fan power - Gullit in Graham NO OOOO !

Never underestimate a Chelsea fan. No person is bigger than Chelsea Football Club, even Roman, from the Mears's to Ken Bates to our current regime. Without us fans Chelsea wouldn't have survived history, yet again Capital Radio and a geezer outside Victoria Station are advertising tickets for tonights game against Derby.

I've never been into boo-ing one of our own, i've slagged many players off in frustration in the moment he's mis placed a pass or missed a sitter, we all have I guess.

However, take your minds back to the Blackburn end of season game and the all time classic "You can stick George Graham up ur a_r_s_e"

Gullit came in the rest was indeed history.

I'm not saying Avram Grant should be barracked, the team and backroom staff need support for the league and Champions League are still possibles ( even though as I said from Grant's appointment - we would never win anything under his control and still believe that ) but come the last game of the season our voices must be heard.

If Roman has any doubts he shouldn't replace Grant with a REAL manager and if he was capable of ousting the best in the business he damn well shouldn't have, us fans have to make his mind up for him.

NO ONE 'KIN GO TO THE LAST GAME - LEAVE THE CORPORATES TO CHIN CHIN AND BRAVO BackJose.gif

I remember that game well. The look on Ruudis face as we all chanted his name during the lap of honour was priceless.

Im all for letting our feelings be known but like you say i dont think Grant should be abused. 'Get Grant Out' being sung isnt going to help anyone at this stage.

It's a good idea but do you really think getting empty seats for the last game of the season is achievable? Getting those that do turn up to chant about what they want is as most people will just follow the majority anyway.

What should we do if we do somehow win the league or Champions League, for me if that happens more credit will be due to the players than the manager but it makes for an uncomfortable decision.

The Gullit day was a great one though and without a shadow of doubt shaped the decision of our next manager.
