why the head banging? every club has young players leaving every summer. if they arent good enough, do you want us to keep them in the ressies till they retire?

Leicester City is the club for me and I am more than happy to be here.

Bearing in mind that Leicester have just been relegated from the Championship, this doesn't say much for his chances of ever getting anywhere near the first team at Stamford Bridge. Seems a good move for all concerned.

Worley looked promising a few years ago because he was physically so well-developed. Good luck to him, but at 19, he isn't going to displace 23-year old Ivanovic or 24-year old Alex.

...and he would never stay ahead of Bruma, van Aanholt or Magnay either. Not forgetting Mancienne as well, so the competition looks far too strong for him to ever have got a look in.

The reality is (and I think I say this every time one of our youth players leave) is that, in my opinion, something like 99 out of every 100 youth prospects we sign as 15 or 16 year olds aren't going to make it into the first team squad.

But, if we produce a John Terry once every 2 or 3 years, then our youth system is well worth the investment if you ask me.

Over the last few years, Carlton Cole and Mika Forsell have come close, but to really break through, you need to be a level above these guys, and take every chance you are given.

And, you can't be a late developer. It seems like 19 is about the age when the club makes a decision one way or the other. That is about the age where a lot of the Harry Worley's are shipped out, and the Sinclairs/Sahars (who are showing a bit more promise) are sent out on loan.
