Wenger clearly picks his own players.

Ferguson has a network of scouts that he picks and trusts not to mention casting his own eye over things.

benitez much to most of our ammusment is does his own shopping.

who does it at chelsea?

we'r being linked with mr x and his gran but we have no manager in place.

I think managers should be given 100% control when it comes to who they want and dont want, ok sometimes it might not be feasable but there should never be a case where a player is brought in that the manager or his scouting network havent identified.

If what we suspect is true and Kenyon is the one doing the identifying and buying than the club has disintegrated in to more of a joke that i thought.

so some one please set my mind at ease here

Isn't this is the reason we lost the best manager in the world 300.gif

I don't but the 'style of play' arguement for a second!

Looks like no lessons were learned icon_rolleyes.gif

Wenger must have done lot of work to earn his status. I bet he wasn't trusted with all the first years with Arsenal.

Unfortunately we are not that lucky since we don't give any manager a chance to gain that trust..

Well they work like that in Arsenal and we do it like this in Chelsea. Main thing is that we all know how it goes.
