Totally agree. Proud was wrong choice of word. I do mean acceptance. I think the serious response is down to my observations over the last ten years. When I was at school, saying I was a Chelsea fan was never questioned. Now people need to "see the paperwork" as though I was living up north in the centre of Manchester. You're right though - before this thread, I had never really considered the term true blue. It's definitely not one I use to describe myself!
