Hazard definitely. Oscar behind him. Matic was good but he was too cagey for the first half. If he played like he did in the second half then he would of been closer to the other two.

Yeah. I think they are close and if it wasn't for Hazards slow start i would rate his higher. I have a feeling Hazard will kick on even more in this second half of the season and start challenging Suarez for PFA player of the year.

Arguably the best midfielder in the world at his peak (Up there with Iniesta and Xavi at the time). He really had everything you could want in a midfielder and while he isn't a legend like Frank he was possibly a better player in his peak. Shame to see him go but he was on limited time her and can only wish him all the best.

Funny reading through red cafe and seeing them analyse where best to play Mata. A bit like a less deranged version of RAWK over there.

Its ironic as well because Moyes is very much a pragmatic manager like Mourinho and a player like Mata isn't one you would associate with Moyes. Seems a bit like appeasing the fans and is what gives me hope that he will also screw mata over. Unless he was only playing that way under circumstance (At everton) and is actually the scottish Guardiola but somehow i doubt that is true.

Maybe, but that may leave them weak defensively (Not may, it will). I am worried that Mata with a quality striker is going to set up tons of goals but i can just see them leaking goals as well. Not to mention They still have a crap CM.

If Mata is drifting in then it will be from the right, not the left. I reckon they should either get rid of one of RVP or Rooney and stick Mata central. Its a waste buying the best playmaker last season (In the BPL and possibly the world) and shunting him out wide. Heres hoping that Moyes is going to f**k up again.

Yeah. People moan about Costa being a one season wonder when Falcao only really had one prolific season in a decent league, same with Lewandowski and although Rooney has had a few good/great seasons, he is very inconsistent and seems to be injured quite a bit. Doubt we would get more then one good season out of him if we buy him.

Yeah, same. That was the main reason i was against us signing Salah but it seems Piazon plays on the left (Hazards position. Unlucky really that we got two gems in the same position although i think Piazon may be pushed up to play as a striker in the future.

The kid has the potential to be the best, just like Hazard. I dont think he is in Hazards class yet but there is potential and with Mata there mentoring him his chances must be even greater. This is depressing me now but its hard to be too depressed when we have players like Hazard, Oscar, Piazon and traore.

Going up for this one. Any chance of Matic playing?
