Had a good minute in the league vs City, vital header..

Salah and Schurrle need game time vs Fulham & Villa, no easy points but our regular front 3 need some sort of rest between the harder games we've got coming up. Cole to start against Fulham too

After hearing Van Perise is going to 'consider his future' in the summer I wouldn't be surprised with heavy links for him, another ageing striker with injury troubles and inconsistent form, sounds like exactly what we need..

Desperate for tickets for the home leg, 2 if possible, have been working away and only made a couple of games (normally a regular) so couldn't get them on sale. Have tried all the options since but short of paying £200 I've had no luck. I know it's a long shot but if anyone can help me out would be much appreciated.

Couldn't agree more with Boswigna, he looked more concerned about his personal achievement than that of the team, wanted to get to the front to be seen by the media and to show his family at Christmas, I get that he helped us win it but surely one of the worst players to win the CL?

The only reason I can see Torres not being the best out of these three is his price tag, as has been mentioned if he was a little cheaper he would probably be let off for his lack of goals. As for performances he contributed a fair bit to our CL win and normally does well in the cups. I've had the conversation before, we've had some on the best strikers in Europe it's just a shame we didnt have them all at their peak. Would have been much more dominant

If we were guaranteed the champions league I'd take it over the prem, were gonna be a force in the league for years to come but the CL is always difficult no matter how good you are. Realistically though, the league seems a lot more attainable and if we were gonna focus more on one competition it should be the league
