José Mourinho Confirmed as Chelsea Manager!
If the players arent good enough why are you not dropping them Jose? If you cant trust them dont play them. Bored of waiting for youth or squad players to get a game. If he doesnt drop those underpeforming now then hes telling them their under no pressure to play well and theyre only playing for pride, which clearly half the team arent concerned about.

Arsenal v. Chelsea (PL) 26/04/2015 KO: 16:00 GMT
When it gets to the point where your third striker is fit but you choose not to use him it's clear having him here in the first place was a mistake. He started ok but has struggled so many times when we've called upon him, I love drogba he's an absolute hero but ill be screwing if he is still playing here next year.

Pathetic, bottling it yet again. We can still throw this league away, do they not realise? If we keep on playing like this we could be fighting for top four instead if the title.

Bertrand has been better than Baines this season, no question even though baines is better It's a squad that should be based on form not on which club you play for or anything else, it's a joke I can't wait for Hodgson to go, loyal to random players for no reason. Shaw has been sh*t and Bertrand has been better this season than shaw was in the last. Also can't understand welbecks inclusion over Austin.

Cuadrado - Chelsea's #23
People saying he needs to adapt but it's not like he's been bullied out of games due to the physicality, struggled with the pace or generally been quiet, he's just looked looked unable to do the basics, couldn't control the ball poor passing ect. I said I didn't like the signing and I will still give him a lot more time as its very soon to be judging him or calling him a flop but when you look at salah in the Italian league it's not a great indicator.

Ryan Bertrand - Should He Have Gone?!
One tackle does not mean he hasn't been one of, if not the best left back in the prem this season, has been absolutely fantastic whenever I've seen him, better than shaw was for them last season and it is a shame to see him go. If I'm honest I think letting him go is the worst bit of transfer we've done in the last few years but then again we have been so good in the market it's not a fair standard to judge the decision on. He wanted to play and respect for him for that, I always felt he should of been lb back up this year, no need for luis IMO, but is a bit if a catch 22 situation, he may not of developed the way he has with fewer games so who knows. Grateful forget his contribution in Munich and wish him all the best.

MOTM vs Man City (H) (PL)
Zouma for me, Cahill should struggle to get back into the team after the performances he's putting in. Special mentions to matic and Willian too

Juan Cuadrado to Chelsea .... Done!
I'm not meaning to be overly negative and I will certainty give him a completly fair view with my full support as I do/would do for any player, I'm just saying from what I've seen he's not a player we need doesn't seem different enough from Willian. Willian is underrated in my opinon and if we're not replacing his place in the first team him with top draw talent there's not much point replacing him at all. Willian/Cuadrado might be better than Willian/Schurrle but I'm just saying I think the latter would of still won us the league and the former might stop us from buying a really special player.

Juan Cuadrado to Chelsea .... Done!
What a sh*t pointless transfer this is, what's the point in having two willians? Should of given schurrle more time work with him and reevaluate at the end of the season when dourtmond were reportedly waiting til. He isn't world class and isn't better than we have so what's the point? If reus is already committed to somewhere else then I can maybe understand this transfer but if not why have we not thrown everything we have and risked waiting till summer to get him? If reus is going somewhere else I only seeing it being Madrid and if so someone's going to be leaving and I'd take any of the unwanted players from there, including isco. Really disappointed by this transfer to me shows me where we're at in terms of buying big names and world class talent. He might be ok might be decent but he won't be reus

I think you have to give arsenal some credit for the way they set up yesterday although city were terrible. But for me it just shows they should of been playing like that years ago, everyone knew they should have adapted their game against the bigger sides but arsne refused to do so until now dispite constant thrashings. How a 'top' manager can be that naive/stubborn for so long is beyond me.

Swansea Vs Chelsea (PL) 17/01/2015 - KO - 15:00 UK Time
If we want our flow back I say stick fab in the middle, our best football has come with him there, it does need Oscar to have a half decent performance but games like palace and west ham more recently are examples I can think of where fab was in his deeper role and we played decent football

Swansea Vs Chelsea (PL) 17/01/2015 - KO - 15:00 UK Time
I really feel we need a convincing win, not in terms of scoreline but more so in terms of performance. Haven't been consistent enough for a while now and going into the city game with confidence and belief will be vital. It's important we win so the game against city is a cant lose rather than a must win situation, we don't want to be desperately chasing the game because we've let them overtake us. I've never been so confident that city will get a win at the weekend either, arsenal are still a joke against bigger teams so it means only a win will do.

No again...
Wasn't sure where to post this, but some Chelsea fans (tourists) have shown themselves up again for talksport. It's pretty funny and so is the first one but it is annoying that they just target Chelsea, it would of been much better to do it with other sets of fans to show its just a general thing people do. But they clearly have an agenda to make it look like only Chelsea fans are clueless, gullible idiots.

Louis Van Gaal
I honestly can't see why he is was ever rated highly, I don't think he understands the league properly, playing 3 at the back with such poor defenders shows that. His World Cup highlight was changing a keeper for a penalty shootout, would say he got lucky not that one rather than it being a genius move. I think some have mentioned that he wasn't hyped until he was linked with the united job. Hes managed to somehow escape criticism for how they have performed by picking up some undeserved results and with the investment they've had it should be a big deal. He should be thanking arsenal Tottenham Everton and Liverpool for their indifferent first halves of the season because their position is a result of other teams failings rather than their success. Any manager that says it takes 3 months and completely gets it wrong seems like and idiot to me.

Marco Reus to Chelsea?
What would be the point in bringing in these players that are ok maybe better than what we have but probably not. The alternatives to Reus are simpley nowhere near his level and to be honest would struggle to get in the team above William or even schurrle. Replacing players just for the sake of it is pointless.we want someone world class on the right otherwise we might as well save our money. Lets throw everything at reus and if he goes real we should go for the player who's place he would be taking, if we can't get a top player trying that we should stick with Willian ,as annoying as he is at times he works in the system we play, wouldn't cost us anymore money in a time where were not clear from ffp and is in the team who have advanced as far as they can in every completion so far and are top of the league.

Despite spending 150m and having less games to play Man U have the exact same amount of points as they did at same stage last year but have scored fewer goals. Moyesh.

Chelsea vs Newcastle (PL) 10/01/15 KO: 15:00 GMT
Very good to see hard work and performances being noticed. As its been said salah and schurrle really need to look at themselves. As for Remy I don't know how many saw the game but he wasn't great on the wing dispite scoring, not sure he did quite enough to force his way into the starting lineup.

Lionel Messi
Torres was declining before we bought him but who knows how he would of done had he stayed at the Liverpool, the fact is that in his prime he was brilliant and we paid a lot of money for a player who couldn't live up to his previous standards. I'm not trying to compare Torres's talents with Messis but you have to look at each case individually in terms of how successful a transfer is. Take Willain, had he cost 10m everyone would rave about him on here I'm sure, but he cost 30m and doesn't have great stats, which leads many to believe we overpaid and divides opinions. Messi is on a completly different level of course, there is no doubt about that, but with that comes a whole different level of expectation, for 200m + he needs to be just as good as he has been if not better. I'm not saying he wouldn't be able to do it, I'm just saying even if he drops to the level of Hazard (no offence Eden) there would be question marks over the transfer fee. So to say its unthinkable for him to be thought of as a risk or a potential flop is madness, any player has the potential to flop especially one with such high standards. I personally don't think it he would be a flop though, if we could keep hazard and find the money for messi I'd love the move to go through, I agree he brings so much more than his contribution on the pitch and that would be key in any potentially transfer. I don't think for one second it will but its all good for the debate.

Lionel Messi
Pretty sure Torres had one of the best goals to minutes ratios ever at Liverpool, better than Henry's. Sheva was arguably the best striker of his time. No one would of guessed how far they would of fell when joining us for record fees. Ok they were both way bellow messi's level but he would have to maintain his amazing form in the prem otherwise he would be a flop for the 200m money. We're talking scoring 40 goals at very minimum (all comps) something that isn't often seen in the English game. A new league, a new team and he's not getting younger (although far from old). He might not be a flop but its very conceivable that he would find it hard to live up to the investment and expectation.
