Courtois is the future! Thanks Petr for all he's done for us the last years, but I dare to say Courtois is even a better GK than Neuer for instance. Top class we have in our hands with him.

Yeah it really has two sides, either they're playing almost every game (because of the poor other players) or they will be on the bench for a better club. Vitesse is a good option for the really young talented, but what I mentioned earlier, our league is poor. This year we only had one team represented in the CL (Ajax), knocked out in group stage.

Sorry I forgot about PvA. I really think he isn't going to make it. Decent defender but has nothing special, almost to old to be called a talent for another year. So that's a no as well I guess. Just don't suspect anything from the loanees, don't get me wrong: by exception maybe one can make it (Piazon or Atsu most likely) but don't take a count for it.

I see a lot of comments about our players at Vitesse here, yeah I'm dutch so I'll try to give you an view at their performances overseas. Piazon really was a revelation in our league before Christmas, probably one of the best and most creative players here, but after new year he can't do anything right anymore it seems, was out of the starting 11 for a while. So a great talent IMO but a little inconsistent. Omeruo I really really disliked when he was playing at ADO last year, my brother was telling me every week why o why Chelsea has such a dramatic player in their squad, and he was right. Atsu is stepping up his game right now, improving every week but still hasn't the level Chelsea requires yet. Traore is more of a striker, scoring now and then, nothing special Except for Omeruo they're all good prospects, but don't forget our league is sh*t, sh*t, and sh*t again. Used to have proper teams but this year one of the teams that promoted last year took an European ticket, think that says it all. Except for Ajax and Feyenoord it's just a laugh. So if players do well here it's good to improve their game, but it says quite nothing..

At first you're assuming Zouma won't be loaned out, Courtois will come back, we sign Pogba, Shaw and Diego Costa.. Secondly all the loaned out guys aren't that much of an improvement. Have seen the Vitesse loaners for the last few years: Kalas might be good enough, PvA no way, Atsu no way, Piazon can be but he's unreliable, Omeruo is just one of the worst defenders I've ever seen in our Dutch League. I'm sorry but this team won't make it, and I don't think Zouma, Courtois, Pogba, Shaw and Costa will be playing our side next year.

And after a couple of games we got a few injuries, and who's going to play for us then?

We have seen it all tonight: we really need a striker, no one to kill the game against PSG, or at least give us a better start for the return at the Bridge.. Let's hope we can get Costa, the best option to sign in summer IMO.

Poor defending at the last goal combined with a bad game of Cech makes it a hard return. Though think with an early goal next week we should be able to beat them at least 2-0.

I don't understand why everybody falls over the idea that he's just a c*nt, no better striker than one who's a world class player and a c*nt as well, get in the face of defenders, getting penalties, asking for cards. This says it all, what the f*ck we all think we need in the EPL? It's the most physical game there is over here, and we still trying to bring Piazon back or Griezmann in, with all the respect Griezmann is a great player, but both are way too fragile. Adding to that Piazon isn't even a striker and he's just not that good, live in Holland so I have a pretty good view on his prestations.

Can't agree with you here mate, for me Eto'o is far more dangerous than Gomez, he still has speed, acceleration and showed against Arsenal he still is clinical. But actually I'm not a big fan of Gomez at all, think it's just a lame player. We should've baught Tevez or someone that caliber last summer.

Totally agree with this point, can't see the point for signing a player worth 20 million just not good enough to beat City's, Liverpool's strikers for example. Rather spend 20 million extra this summer to close the deal on either Cavani or Costa.

Coming back at big blue, Griezmann is one talented youngster, but more of a forward player in a 4-4-2 system than a real winger. On-topic: Please keep JT, seeing him perform this season makes me wanna sign him for 2 more years myself. Eto'o would be a shame if he would go, fine addition to the squad and way way better than Torres, let that guy leave please! Still struggles too much in our shirt. Mikel should go as well, not good enough and too expensive for a 3rd choice defensive midfielder, Cole get rid of him getting Shaw as his replacement. And of course the loaned out boys like Moses, Marin, they will make some money for us gaining better players.

Costa > Cavani, Costa brings us energy and workrate + goals, Cavani's only quality is being clinical. Costa is a game changer

Probably looking at a 60-70 million bill in Euros then, so would be 50-60 million pounds for the two of those. Maybe less if you give Atleti their Torres back, and let them keep Courtois, thought the last one would be a shame. Edit: Completing to Plokoon, he's originally a 8 (left inside midfielder) in a 4-3-3 system, but not the kind of player like Matic who could play there as well. Not sure if 4-2-3-1 of Chelsea suits Koke as one of the two midfielders he would be to far from the goal, the 10 position can't give him the chance to play between the lines and he would be overdefended by an opponent and as a winger he lacks speed, dribbling and 1 on 1 creativity. You can compare him with a player like Modric I guess.

He ain't a player like Lamps, far more creative but makes less goals. In combination with Diego Costa he's unstoppable, seems to be able to find Costa even when he's blindfolded

Then take Diego Costa and Koke please, golden couple in Madrid.

Give him 10 full games next season combined with a solid 10-15 games where he comes on somewhere second half, then Lukaku will become a top striker in the upcoming years. Might even become stronger and better than Diego Costa (Who I hope we'll attract this summer) in a few years. And please drop Torres somewhere, let him go to a club where he can regain his composure and confidence. It's just silly seeing Torres at Chels..

Please not Balotelli. Just get Costa and Shaw, Zouma allready ours and Lukaku and Courtois back from loan, a potential CL winning squad IMO

Oscar can be brilliant, he's still young, give him the time to improve. Other players would need time to fit in again. We all thought Torres was a great purchase too..
