Hey i have been a casual Chelsea fan since 2009, but the last 2 years i have started watching all our games and following the team more closely. And now the time has come for me to join this great community, hope to have some great debates with the greatest fans in the world KTBFFH

Im new, that is correct :) how am i posting anonymously? because i dont attempt to do that. and no hidden agenda. I just thing something needs to happen either Roman needs to back him 100% so he can feel secure in his role or sack him so we can get on with the season. I have a lot of respect for what Mou have done for the team, and would love nothing more than to see him/chelsea go on to play lots of beautiful football together, but that is not happening right now...

Of cause not, any player should always do the best for the club no matter what they think about the manager, other players, fans ect. And if they try to loose on purpose then they have nothing to do on our team. but assuming the article is true, then it sounds like Mou has lost the locker room, and you dont win any matches like that. What i think would be best for the club is to: A. sack Mou right now so we can get a new manager and hopefully start winning some games or B. Roman should go out publicly and declare that Mou won't be sacked this season, so he can concentrate on the games and not where or not he will be fired

As i see it more players than Kalas have PL potential Cuadrado if he doesn't get sold to juve Christensen also had a great season so far, and with the poor performance on the team this year, he might be a good substitute. Moses to have had a good season as well and im sure there is more

Shouldn't this topic be about who we would like to see replace Mourinho if he gets sacked, and not name calling over peoples opinions or where or not he should be sacked...? Personally i would like to see Ancelotti or Pep Guardiola give it a try
