RLC competed against a similar midfield last year who was not far from Barca's in depth and strengh, but lo and behold - s.roberto gets minutes as a four year older player....Is there really much to complain about? Yeah, a midfield who was by far the best in the league last year. He is 19, 18 last season. Unless you are Messi youre not going to get regular time at a top club at that age. I have seen RLC been dominated by plenty of midfields this year alone. When england u-21 (incredibly lucky) won 1-0 against Norway away, he was eaten up alive by the norwegian midfield. And in the u-23 championship he was nowhere to be seen.

Sergio Roberto, who is a massive talent , has only this season started regularly for Barca.....He is 23 years old. Unless you take the world by the short-hair you are not going to be a starter for a title-chasing team as a young player. RLC is very promising, but nothing that he has done says he should be a secure starter/bench-player at Chelsea. Kennedy came in as a relatively unknown, shows "weight" on the pitch, and has played as much or more than Zouma did the first half of the last season. I have seen RLC in a lot of matches the last year, but a consistent performer he is not.

Willian was our best player/among the best players in a lot of matches in the second half of the last season. Especially the two first months of 2015. What Willian is doing now is far harder than what Hazard did at the end of last season. Last season we played like a team, also through the hard last half. Willian is now surrounded by players who have been and is absolute disgraceful going forward on the pitch. Costa couldn't intimidate a sparrow, Oscar is hot and mostly cold, Hazard looks like a player picked up at the local bar (that includes his performances for Belgium), and Pedro isn't even close to adapting to the league.
