The board should act by sacking Maresca. Maresca has better and fitter players than Postecoglu. That's the only difference between the two. No tactics, formation. Just stream forward for the first 20 minutes and put pressure on the opponent's defenders and goalkeeper. If we're not two ahead, forget it. It must be the bet of the season, Chelsea ahead at half time and lose after 90. OK,ok..it was a draw at ht today but.. Sanchez is a joke. He was a second choice to Steele at Brighton. This season, apart from a good start and, ultimately, an excellent performance in EL group stage, it's been dismal a lot of the time. Ridiculous 'refereeing' by England's most overrated referee. Not bent like Taylor, just incompetent and biased towards northern teams. If we had a proper striker, we would have won that based on the chances created. Jackson shows skill in turning a marker and has good pace but his finishing is abysmal. Madueke very similar - a better finisher but less involved. Fernandez continues to disappoint. The 'Brighton players' are looking better.

I saw my first game at SB in 1957 and have been a season ticket holder since 1976 eventually moving in the the early 80s to the east stand middle tier at a reasonable price. After the success of 2005, we were shunted off to the upper tier of the west stand unless we paid 3 times the price. Now we're stuck in this so-called Westview because we didn't move when we had the opportunity to do so. We didn't realise it was a one-off opportunity. We are now surrounded by different tourists at every game who are just happy to be there. I'm certainly not looking for sympathy but just want to say what I think Boehly and his cohorts would like the match day crowds to consist off. Bring on the giant buckets of popcorn! Nobody around me today could care less about that pathetic display.
