I agree that signings were crap but can't blame them when we lose to Palace,Burnley,West Ham,Bournmouth,Watford Or struggle against a relatively poor teams like Arsenal and Everton
We were poor with our transfers. didn't really improve our squad instead it got worsened. Morata for Costa and Bakayoko for Matic are poor replacements. Instead of spending a combined 75 million on Drinkwater,Zappacosta and Barkley we could have signed a world class player.
Most of the teams including the likes of Norwich have found a way to counter our system yet Conte keeps sticking to it.
According to this we'll be losing 1.1 billion payout from UEFA if we fail to quality for the UCL.
Wouldn't be surprised if we end up sacking Conte if he fails to deliver in the next two games
Seen a bit of Dortmund this season Sancho had started a few games and was making regular appearances untill he got injured, He even made an assist for Kagawa and was unlucky not to score. He is being higly rated by their new manager and I belive will get many chances in the future.
As for CHO his development depends on how much he plays in the next few games. He has been very impressive when ever he has come on looks much confident than many youth players I have seen over the past few years.
Just hope that we don't loan CHO out like we did to others. I know people will bring in Coutois,Christensen and say that loan would be good for his development but in reality it won't . We have loaned out hundreds of players and have had success only with 2.
I feel his game depends a lot on his confidence. When he was scoring for fun in the first few games his link up with Hazard his runs were all excellent. In the last few games he played he been poor in every aspect.
Always felt he was a decent squad player we overpaid a bit for him but he is solid defensively and has a decent passing range. Made some good diagonal passes yesterday
Felt he should have played more than Bakayoko this season. Only thing Baka is better than him is in pace and making forward runs
