the problem with him is that he has hardly played any senior level football. He only played 11 games for MVV which is second tier of Dutch football. For comparison, last week MVV lost to the Ajax Youth team 3-1. Chalobah for example has played over 100 professional games on a decent level before breaking through. With Mbuyamba being 3 years younger i think they will probably have something similar planned for him. I think he will get his chance but it will probably be a while, we might see him play a couple of times to get potential loan teams interested

Not every player makes the jump from promising star to actual champion, however. I think there are some glaring weaknesses in his ability - such as unwillingness/inability to beat a player - that need to be ironed out if he is to be a top player. Right now his skill set seems to be completely but only suited to a false-9, deep striker role but you can't wed yourself to a niche position/role at the age of 22 and hope to have a long and successful career.
