I can start the new season for next Monday but X-Pert only allows a maximum of two games per week.

We now have twelve active teams, will that be enough or do you want to wait to see if a few more people will join? Remember to play some friendlies before I start the new season as well.

Get your mate to sign up dkw because we need one more person to make the league even again, meaning no byes this season. The more the merrier though, so if anybody knows of any other people get them to join up too.

Not unless you have 101 players in your sqaud. If we were to retire any number it should be the number 25. Zola was a legend and the number 9 is a traditional number so you can't really retire it.

I think Scolari can get the best out of Anelka. He has looked good in the first two games of this pre-season tour and I agree that a partnership of Drogba and Anelka would be lethal.

I missed out last game because I was so I'm looking forward to seeing the boys have another big win. I hope Di Santo can get on the score sheet again.

My change report was sh*t. My 17 year old defender, who played over 20 games, went down a skill ;) I need to make some quality signings in the off season. I've already made a bid for one of Rovers players...

Well Qaz United got inactivated automatically, I didn't even do that. The other three I was going to inactivate were Lancre Wowhawks, Ossie13 and Lionhead. That would leave ten teams left then. Also, how long does everybody want for pre-season?

Well done to Loz for winning the 3rd season. Even if the squad is an aging one, it's still a mighty effort to go undefeated all season. For next season I think yet another clean up is in order. I'm thinking about getting rid of the bottom four teams as those members just don't log on at all. If you have any suggestions feel free to tell me.

League starts this Friday

I have a friendly today so we can start the new league on Monday. We currently have 13 active teams, one more would be ideal as that would make 14 teams meaning we won't have to have a bye each round so if any of you guys can find one more person by Monday that would be great and if not we will have to put with having a bye each round.

Yup, I'll do that now. And if Moos wants in that would be good as it should even up the amount of teams. EDIT: That's left 11 teams so if Moos, or anybody else, wants to join that would make it 12 teams which is a nice number as it doesn't make the season too long.
