No Dunk for Brighton is a big one definitely no Estupinan Lamptey March Encisco Welbeck Fati and quite possibly now Pedro as well, that's a huge chunk of Brighton's starters missing,so quite possibly no better time to play them especially after their game tonight,no pressure boys.

Moises Caicedo to Chelsea! "Official"
Roll on September 3rd,having the window still open after our domestic season has already started is beyond ridiculous.

I looked at his stats and you're correct on paper he really doesn't stand out from the crowd significantly, it's only when you see him play on the pitch it becomes apparent he's a bit special, the potential this player has is limitless if he stays fit and thus far he's managed to avoid the real serious injuries likely to dull his future performance.

Looking at all the footage I could find on Caciedo I don't think I've ever seen a player with his ability to win the ball back cleanly from seemingly unwinnable position's, it's almost like he's completely double jointed at every joint! Add a excellent passer and undoubtedly skillful player and he's definitely worth paying the money because imo he's better than Rice in all areas apart from his shooting on target which Caciedo could definitely improve upon. I'm not on board with this theory that we'll get him for less than Brighton want because we blew £25 million on Sanchez, and Brighton know full well if Chelsea seriously want Caciedo then Chelsea will have to pay their valuation, there's no great mystery or underhand business going on its just business and Brighton are particularly good at it. It's a hell of a lot of money for one player, but this one is special and going by some of the players purchased for silly money before in comparison Caciedo is a snip, call it what you like but Chelsea will be a better team for years to come if Caciedo becomes a Chelsea player.

Robert Sanchez joins Chelsea
Excellent at short range reflex saves, Excellent shot stopper. Good passer of the ball. Awful at corners flaps at the ball rather than punching or catching under pressure. Absolutely dross at penalties, infact of the penalties I've seen him face on YouTube (4) plus a cup shoot out he doesn't even bother to dive! . £25 million for a sulky almost good Keeper is ludicrous. Obviously this is just my opinion but the proof is freely available to view, Roberts obviously persuaded the boss to part with the money for Sanchez but I just can't see that he's worth that Glad to be proved wrong btw.

Caciedo is absolute quality and will just get better and better, Brighton realised they were going to lose Bissouma long before he actually departed and acted accordingly with excellent scouting and the ability to tie up deals in South America that teams like Utd thought far too complicated to pursue. If he has a strong World Cup I can see huge bids for him from around the globe, and he's nowhere near the finished article. To get Caciedo for less than 50 million in January would be a snip, this lad is the real deal imo.

Cucurella will be a lot happier and will revert back to his preferred method of getting the ball into the box, feint to cross nutmeg the defender and pass it into the area,Potter will have hopefully told the rest of the team this is the way Cucurella actually likes to play by now, that's if he's had time between beard massaging appointment's.- Graham Potter (Now Sacked ) - *Official* New (Now Old) Chelsea Manager
