Madrid have absolutely no need for a new keeper. Better for Cech to look elsewhere. Unfortunately for him, most of the keeper positions at top clubs are quite firmly occupied.

Courtois is fantastic and getting better all the time. These days he is even comfortable enough to scold the defenders if they make a mistake. The club has an extremely tough decision ahead. My guess is they go with Cech and let Courtois go.

Good for him. Jose obviously isn't going to play him, so demanding a move is the only sensible option.

The problem is that he should have been the number one this season, or at least 1b. What Lukaku is doing at Everton, he was doing last season at WBA. He might not be the type of player Jose wants, but that is why you have multiple striking options in the squad. Make no mistake if he doesn't get his chance at Chelsea, the big clubs will be bidding for his services.

Blackman: Nothing to do Wallace: Lots of speed and attacking prowess, typical brazilian full-back. If he gets playing time on loan, should challenge for a spot next season Kalas: Bit shaky, but didn't really have that much to do. Has all the ability in the world, but is still very raw. De Bruyne: Continued to show the stuff he was doing regularly in Germany. Very dangerous and inventive in the attacking zone and should feature a lot during the coming season. McEachran: You know what you are going to get with Josh: lots of nice passing and solid positioning. I doubt that it will ever be enough for Chelsea - barring major improvement. Chalobah: At this point is not a centre-back. Looks very good in midfield, but needs more composure and experience. Van Ginkel: Tenacious, extra crisp passing. Should do more in the attacking third, but I'm sure that will come. Did get better in every game. Piazon: Timid. Couple of nice moves. Needs lots of playing time against decent opposition. Essien: After watching Essien last season in Madrid, I really thought he was done. I still have major doubts, but hoping that the Bison can play at least to 80% capacity. Schurrle: Very direct, which gives an another option compared to the other attacking players. Wasn't really involved much and when he was almost nothing came off for him. Will improve. Lukaku: Current nr. 1 striker. Yes, he still looks a bit lost at times, but the sheer physical presence alone is enough to strike fear to any opposing centre-back.

Ramires. Great Engine. Never stops running. Doesn't complain and just gets on with the job. Wonderful burst of speed. Getting more comfortable game by game and is starting to get more confident and adventurous with his passing and attacking. Sorry Lampard, but the little fellow from Brazil is my first midfield pick on the team sheet.

No he hasn't. The only difference is that he is getting more playing time. Yes he has scored a couple of goals, but still misses sitters left and right and looks like a complete donkey in doing so.
