Not giving the youth a chance is the biggest worry for me. Especially when we're supposed to have one of the best youth teams in the league. Fa youth cup holders and we are 3-2 up against united after the semi final first leg. Arsenal would love to have some of our youth team im sure.

The media hate Chelsea that's why, as do uefa. They don't like the idea that we 'bought success' as they say. Torres just doesnt fit into the current chelsea system. Our midfield is used to knocking it up to big drogba and him powering through, Nando doesnt do that. He needs clever passes when hes running off defenders. Lampard is the only player capable of that i think and hes not doing the business of late. I also am quite pleased with torres performances, hes working hard and its not as if hes really had that many clear cut chances.

Yep I agree there is talented midfield youngsters but for whatever reason they never get a chance hence why I said new midfield players needed.

He still goes home with his wages no matter how he plays. That wouldnt be acceptable in many other jobs. I know it would never happen but I do think players would put more effort in if they had to actually play for their wage.

Does anyone think if players had their wages docked for not playing well then they wouldnt be long pulling their socks up? Or bonuses for goals, assists, tackles completed. The likes of lampard going home with 100k + a week for smashing freekicks into the wall week after week annoys me. If I didnt perform at work I wouldnt be long getting an ear bashing. Agree totally, Kalou looked like he was fed up waiting on a bus when he was about to come on with anelka walking off as casual as you like. Theres only so much a manager can do, if they cant motivate themselves for the biggest game of the season then they dont deserve to wear the shirt.

Hi guys hows it going this is my first post. Shame its on such a negative note. I would get rid of; Anelka, Malouda, Kalou, Mikel, Essien and ferrera for sure. Drogba I think has to go too purely because he and Torres cant play together and we cant start next season with the same striking dilema. Lamps needs to be dropped to the becnh hes completly lost it this season the lamps of old would have buried some of the chances he's fluffed lately. A new midfield is needed, players with pace and skill. We have nobody capable of taking a player on by running at them. We need a robben type player. At the minute the team is way too slow in the build up play its no wonder the strikers can barely muster a goal between them, the service just in there. The poistioning is all wrong too, for all the possesion we have we can never find a way through in the final third. Also carlo to stay, you cant sack a guy whos won the clubs first ever double in his first year, hes obviously got quality. I think he should be allowed to pick his own number 2 this summer, would love to see him team up with Zola. paul
