just been looking at him play on a few vids, now i know you cant get the full extent on vids but he really does look a talent, i look forward to seeing him play very soon. why doesnt AVB start changing the side around a little, its like we have been watching the same team for 3 years now and no other changes. i hope all our signings get a game aswel as josh as he deserves it. bring in modric now and we can start to make progress

torres is looking alot sharper now than before, he has been only one of the few that looked up for it when playing WBA and Stoke. like people have said we are very easy to work out these days and our play is predictable and the same, with the signing of Mata and hopefully Luka we can inject some pace into the team and hit teams on the break instead of jogging down the pitch. i really think Mata can make a difference to us and the pace at which we are playing right now

has anyone yet picked up on how bad the ref was or is it just me. he had an awful game

watched the game yesterday and the passing was utter rubbish in the first half. why does it always seem that the teams we play agaisnt alsways come out and press us really quickly and the players then seem confused as if they are caught in the headlights and start to panic. our CB's are too slow, terry was like watching your uncle trying to catch a nephew when chasing Long and Alex was crap too and i like alex as a player i think he has good strength but yesterday looked out of sorts against the younger Long. our passing needs work and we need to get forward more instead of going forward then taking it right back to the back 4, i know possesion is key but all it takes is one bad pas from ramires and we are in the crap house. i think the players were nervous at playing at home and so was i, i shall admit. we needing the win big time as you know what the press is like they would have made a meal out of us having 2 draws. look at waht will be said about arsenal this week. fresh players will do the trick, take chances AVB needs to do so we can see what these boys can do(new signings)

i really hope josh plays, he has deserved to show what he is about from pre season, frank is not playing well and hasnt done so for for months imo. kalou should not start at all and malouda should take his place. i look forwards to Luiz coming back as he breaks alot and cause confusion when they see sideshow bob running into their midfield. id go Hilario Bos Ivan Terry Cole Josh Mikel Beny Malouda Torres Anelka

lamps is alot slower than we are used too, its not that lamps is getting too old though its the support he is not getting. we all know frank is better at getting forward, slipping a 1-2 then bang its in the back of the net. unfortuantely players like mikel, kalou try to do too much for themselves and go forward which means frank has no choice but sit back and protect the mid-field. if AVB finds the right setup for the game and something that will work and involve frank in more attacking plays we will see more of him but at this point im not seeing the best from him or the team at the moment. another question i wanted to know is why dont we play young Josh as in pre season he was playing very well and i hear nothing but praise of him........................... give him a chance
