Which was in October?

Last game was a deflection and I meant 2/3/4 goals. When was the last time Chelsea scored 3 goals barring today?

We just need to find a balance between attacking and defending because we can score as many goals as we want but things like this can happen. The last couple of games scoring has been an issue but today IMO it wasn't.

We cannot blame anyone but ourselves. Yes avb is annoying me/us but he didn't make them tackles neither is he responsible for the players decision making whilst theyre on the pitch. Torres well if I was too slag him off I'd have to slag danny off too as he created a goal and then made a stupid mistake and Danny was the same he scored but then have away a penalty. On the plus side I never expected to draw let alone score three goals

Fair enough everyone has their own opinion, but to accuse Torres of being obsorbed in himself because he didn't "celebrate enough" is laughable. You moan that people backing Torres have an excuse for everything but all of you hating on him are the exact same. Everything or anything he does is wrong. He helps us win a game and you moan. Tbh if Torres scored 6/7 goals you'd probably complain because they weren't 10 yards out or amazing goals. The fact that you single him out is disgusting. I can count 5/6 players who have done less than him in the last few games but I don't see any threads for them? I cannot deny that the fact he has only scored 5 goals isn't only dissapointing but embarrassing. But to accuse him of being self centred is ridiculous. Sturridge the boy who 90% of the time would rather shoot than pass to someone in a better place is SELFISH, where's your abuse for him? Torres is alot of things but more preoccupied with himself than the team; he is not.

Any player in our team probably would of 1) bottled it or 2) kicked it wide. Noone can score right now. Its so frustrating!

I agree. People may question this and ask about Torres but IMHO we have noone to replace Torres.

Despite the media and what we say, I know Manchester united, tottenham and arsenal fans who would WANT Torres in their team. My dads family are Liverpool and they would take him back. Other teams fans have a lot more respect for him than we do. I think that's pathetic.

I personally thought Torres worked his arse off. Maybe not in the right positions but he still didn't walk across the pitch doing nothing. It's clearly not "all" Torres. Drogba hasn't been amazing and when we played sturridge through the middle (which we have) he was far from his best aswell. And I'm sick of hearing people say "put Danny through the middle" or "Torres done nothing, sell him" because 1) sturridge has established himself as a winger, for Chelsea THERE is where he has had success. And 2) if we sold all the players that you think have done "nothing" this season then the whole team should be sold.

I'm happy with Torres playing the way he has lately. At the end of the day, he is ours. So I shall support him. What I don't understand is why there is no threads like this for other players... Lately Chelsea have been awful, so why aren't we picking apart the rest of them? Despite the lack of goals Torres has been one of our better players, but we're talking about him like he's a pile of crap.

I agree, with the slow paced thing. Our tempo needs to increase and fast!

Well what else does he do? For example we rave that drogba does all this other stuff and defends but I don't see that in sturridge. He scores. That's all I see.

Hardly. I've put negative posts today because I feel negative about this game. And sturridge frustrates me. That's my opinion.

I know he's scoring but all around I don't think sturridge is that good...
