tbh defending should come as a bonus as he is a striker. and i asked you what torres has done wrong this season, because even with all them attributes, torres (statistically) has done better.

everyone throws around, Drogba, and legend together. Sounds silly but i don't class him as a legend. i love him and everything hes done for the club, but i just can't even think about having him (and some other players) on the same list as zola. in this squad its only terry and lampard for me.

After that we had blackburn, wolves, Liverpool, newcastle and man city. And as I said Torres has started in none of them 5 games. Which doesn't take some simple math 15-5= 10. Which over rules your "11" theory. Not to add he's had a 3 Match ban.

Aswell as a brain you should get the correct facts. He has APPEARED in 11 games. He's started 5 games And came on as a sub 6 times. Apart from Stoke I can't remember a game he has played a full 90 minutes? And his "subs" have been about 10 minutes each. At the end of the day drogba is a brilliant player and has been a loyal servant but yes being 34 does mean something. He is slower and less effective in games OVERALL. I'm not saying that Torres is effective as I don't believe Torres is the right striker for us. But we hAve him and so I want to see him play and improve. When he was given time we saw glimpses of the old Torres. GOOD signs. He hasn't been absoloutley sh*t this year but no he hasn't been perfect. Neither has drogba, this time a couple of months a go it was reversed everyone had faith in torres and wanted drogba out. I understand people have opinions But why do you feel the need to slag him off like that is beyond me. He plays for Chelsea, you support Chelsea so I done understand why you can't back him. I dislike some players but at the end of the day they play I'm the blue shirt and I'm going to support them till we stop paying their wages.

At the Start of the season Torres was being played over drogba who sometimes wasnt even on the team sheet? So maybe he's trying to give both of them chances? Just a theory though. Torres has made 22 appearances and has started as a sub 13 times...

They should make one of them "emotions" with torres' face and him singing "forget about my price tag"....
