the attacking 3 that we played with Mata -Torres - Ramires. Don't you think that it was much better than playing Mata - Torres - Sturridge? completely agreed that Sturridge is our higest scorer this season, but when you shoot the ball 10 times it is bound to go in sometime? what Ramires offered us was better chances of scoring goals.. with him our attack was much better. everything is perfect with Sturridge, the thing which lacks is that he hardly ever thinks of passing the ball to someone in a better position than him to score. yes he is a left footed player, but he could at least still try and pass the ball more often.

Torres was the MOM in the game against fulham, cause all our other players apart from him played below average. it was not just the shot on the crossbar, it was also his passes and twice that he gave Didier a chance to score. and as for the game against wolves, he created chances more than any other player in the game. his passing was flawless. the great ball that he gave to Ashley Cole opened up their defense. how many games have you seen Drogba not scoring but playing a major part in the victory? do you go after him, cursing him for not scoring? it does not matter who scores, the Victory is what is important.

taking off sturridge was absolutely right, he was least involved in the game. it doesn't matter whether he's the top scorer or no. Torres cam on and changed the flow of the game.. his 2nd touch was a shot that blew the stadium's roof top. Bosingwa too came on and played better than Paulo. atleast this game his substitutions were not bad like the previous games.

Defoe has a slight Hamstring problem, Bale has a 50-50 chance.. and Adebayor has some foot problem.. what do you think will they play? it will be a good thing for us if bale does not play, as he can cause us a lot of problems! i feel Torres should start, drogba has played quite a few matches over the last 10 odd days. torres will be very fresh and he definitely will have a point to prove. whatever minutes torres has played recently he has not looked bad. we cannot just give him 10 minutes a game and expect him to score goals. Torres anyway needs to start games now, as that is what he will be doing the entire January.

Sturridge is playing wide and Torres in the center forward. why should you compare the two? our attack is much stronger when Torres is in the starting line up. i feel sturridge lacks the final pass.. his deliveries are not up to the mark. he has the pace and the skills but his final passes are not up there he plays wide so we expect him to give more assists to torres, but i feel his deliveries are anything but great.
