Remember how long it took to complete the Bakayoko deal? In that time another club could have come and hijacked it. Something seriously wrong with Marina's negotiations when it comes to buying players in the past few years.

He was almost definitely being signed to play CM. Same way Ox was being signed to play RWB. Make of that what you will. And what gives you the impression I wanted Barkley here? I've been complaining about how we're going after average players. Sure you have the right person quoted?

None of our outfield players is playing 7 games in 1 month. Come off it. Even Conte himself has come out to say he's going to rotate a lot this season as he can't do the same as last season. Are you ignoring logic on purpose???

He most definitely is. He has played both CAM and CM for Everton and we don't play with a CM. At the very least, he was being signed to play CM.

He agreed personal terms too according to the Everton chairman. I think he may have also pulled out to get a bigger sign on fee + wages in January/June.

We have 3 CMs (and we even play with 3 sometimes). We're about to enter a stretch where we play 7 games in a month. Stop this.
