He's been poor in more than just one game this year. It's so frustrating to watch cuz he is so inconsistent. Some games he's awesome like a against newcastle and others he's non-existent. We've tried to be patient for 3 years now and i think we'll continue to get the same inconsistency over and over again. He's also too mentally fragile for my liking, especially at a position where you need the confidence to score. So honestly I wouldnt mind some sort of swap deal, torres+cash for falcao.

Agreed. Definitely easier said than done, but I have a good feeling about this match with our recent run of form despite the shakhtar loss. Hazard, Mata, and Oscar are going to be a nightmare for the back line of united if they keep making clever runs like they did against norwich and tottenham..

Exactly, There is no way i would pay more than 30 million for this guy. We're already loaded at midfield, he hasn't been proven in a major league yet, and with the way chelsea is spending we are no doubt getting deeper into the red. I just think we should start to pick and choose who we buy instead of just throwing all this cash everywhere. I can't believe PSG offered 80 million for this guy, wasteful.

haha at least juve choked and only came away with a point. I am disappointed with how our back 4 played, luiz and terry were not on the same page the entire night so i kinda wish i woulda seen cahill play but nothing we can do now, just prepare for united on sunday.

Got that right! :) I do hope sturridge starts, he scored against tottenham despite it being a super easy tap in, but still that has to give him some confidence. I would like to see marin and moses get some time one of these days too as they both can play! :)

Falcao is a totally different player compared to Neymar, he has the physical strength and speed unlike neymar who is only quick, flashy and small. plus Falcao has still proven himself in a top league compared to Neymar who has only played in Brazil. Falcao is arguably the best true striker in the world right now. He scored a hat trick against us for heavens sake and was third in la liga in goals only behind ronaldo and messi, so trust me he has talent and can score no matter what. Falcao also fits a position we need. If we brought in Neymar that means, either hazard, oscar, lampard or mata will have to be benched to squeeze him into an attacking midfield role unless Neymar wants to be a reserve which i highly doubt. And i'd rather not disrupt the chemistry between mata, oscar, and hazard right now as it has been spectacular.

It's going to be interesting to see what the lineup will be up front since we do play man united twice next week in both the premier and league cup. I do think this is the game to start sturridge and give torres a rest since next week will be two huge games. And honestly a draw would not hurt us here.

ok I'm sorry I love watching Neymar. Very talented and exciting player, but we do not need this kid, we already have enough talent in our midfield. The price is way too high and I don't wanna see all that money spent on a position we don't really need. Also I think Neymar if he ever comes to the EPL he will not have as much success as people think. He will get roughed up and tackled so easy in the EPL with the physicality of defences. He would be much smarter to go to La Liga where there is no defense. I would much rather see us not spend any more money, but if we had to buy someone it should no question be falcao. He would give us the extra bit of help our attack would need and he would push torres to fight for a starting position. I'm sorry but Neymar to me would be a total waste.

He seriously is the last piece to the puzzle to give us that final push of goals. Yes we are scoring a lot right now and playing well, but if we brought in Falcao no question he'd be a beast. And I think he would actually help torres play better in order to maintain his starting job.
