Looking at the fixtures list the next eight matches gives us a real opportunity to cement ourselves at the top the the Premier League (even with the ACN) and in many ways we should be expecting 24 points from these games. Here they are:

  • - Portsmouth (H)
    - West Ham (A)
    - Birmingham (A)
    - Fulham (H)
    - FA Cup: Watford (H)
    - Hull (A)
    - Sunderland (H)
    - Birmingham (H)
    - Burnley (A)

What do you guys think?

Not as easy as it looks. We'll slip up at least once against them teams. As would United and Arsenal.

Its always a totally different case out on the pitch.

Birmingham away on Boxing Day is the only one of those that worries me. I'd take 6 wins and 2 draws of 7 wins and a loss.

Yeah, I'd agree with that...Probably the 7 wins and a loss, purely for the extra point

As long as we win the FA Cup tie...I like seeing the team in contention right till the final game of the season. It's a good trophy to win.

Ha! Are we gonna do one of these every week?

Not many would have predicted points dropped against Everton, so who know's what we'll end up with points wise after these fixtures.

Every team seems to be very inconsistent at the moment - it's one of those seasons which is proving hard to predict.
