Approx 8% rise in season ticket prices ... thanks a lot Ron Gourlay seriously got to think about if I can renew as a life long season ticket holder

In my case that's a extra £60. Enough to stop me renewing? Not really.

For me it is not the amount I have the issue it is the principle.

The club are getting more television money than ever next season, just guaranteed Champions League etc... we are just coming out of recession and inflation is next to nothing..... does it mean that the team will be 8% better ? :P

How strange that in the renewal email there is NO mention of the price increase.

No explanation of why its going up nearly 8-9% when inflation is only...... :P !!

No mention of why the Champions League Group stage is going up 20%

All they mention on the ticket news is how we should be grateful that we had no increase over last 4 seasons - they dont point out that 5 years ago we were well overpriced.

Aggh. Still, we will all be renewing again im sure !

Does anyone have a clue how I can get myself a season ticket for next season? I can only sort of afford it, but I've been waiting years to do this and am fed up of waiting.

The thing is that I normally get to a decent amount of games each season by buying tickets off mates etc, so haven't bothered wasting the money on a membership, but I think this might cause me a lot of problems when applying for a season ticket.

Anyone have a clue how I can make this happen, if at all? Looking for MHL Upper or Lower ideally, but I'm guessing I can't be too picky!

At least they kept the instalment plan which is handy
