Finally going back to the Bridge - woohoo

Featured Replies

As above

Finally getting back to the bridge, against fulham carling cup .

After a couple of seasons of not going i.e skint

Seems so long against the mighty newcastle ( the year they got relegated ) nil nil stuck in the upper east stand .

I'll be in the matthew harding lower east end with my boy so please make lots of noise i want it it to be a night of him singing if possible, Hence why i chose the matthew harding end

my boy has been before but only in the family stand so hoping he can enjoy the attmosphere after always telling me to pipe down and stop embarrising him lol

ps sorry for the text speak right at the end, Hope to hear you the there ::ChELSeAFaN::

Congrats, it should be a good game, if it had been a week earlier I could have made it but oh well. No need to apologise for typo etc we don't care on here.

Have a great game and hope you enjoy it (and we get a result of course) ::ChELSeAFaN::

Same here, Haven't been to a game for a year an abit, But new job better money means more games! Haha. But what I have noticed buying tickets this season I haven't been able to pick any seats in the shed end? Whats that about. I've always sat in the shed when I've gone before but next few games I'm in MHU as I couldn't select the shed. Any idea why?

Benji not sure why you couldnt get in shed end

Im sure i had the option

Although i know fulham have taken the full amount of tickets this may explain why but not 100% sure

ive seen some real angry people regarding text speak on here

Fulham have taken the full 6000 allocation for the shed end for the carling cup game so that is why u wouldn't have option on that occasion. Generally the shed end is one of the first areas to sell out as it's the smallest stand & also always houses the away fans, the bigger clubs with bigger away followings having the option to take 3000 seats

Yeah its weird I know the Fulham game have all the full allocation so I can understand that, But its the other games Swansea and Everton it wouldn't let me select the shed. Ah well time to experience MHU!.

Got mine too, first game this season, MH upper, first time up their since they opened it. I like these games where the gobbylittlef**kers take their full allocation, especially sh*tbags like w**ky Fulham.

I watched the game online, and what a thriller it turned out to be! I know it's ridiculous to analyse something over the telly, but the atmosphere seemed truly great yesterday. Am I totally wrong, or was it better than at most league fixtures? I reckon the cheaper tickets are the main reason for this, e.g. during the shootout it was awesome to see the MHL do the bouncy whenever a cottager turned up for his kick.

We're thinking of making a trip over to London in the near future, and catching a cup match while at it would be great. We're actually going up to Scotland as well to see if it's a place we could think of moving to to study, but we'd fly down to London. Should I be able to get tickets for the next Carling round without probs?

Unless we draw a team like united or arsenal then u should easily be able to get carling cup tickets, the draw is tomorrow I think so will get a better idea then..,

Good day fella? thanks for asking

we had a great night and was of course behind the goal for the penalties

i had to drive from putney after work to gatwick to pick my son up and then back to wimbledon before jumping on the tube managed to get there at 7.20 so just in time for 1 beer

the atmosphere was great and heard a couple of songs i hadnt heard before the david luiz i love you so had my boy singing all the way home in fits of giggles , he is only 11 and a school night didnt go to well with the missus

i told him not to sing the songs at home lol

he also wants to be in the harding end again it showed him the true supporters so well done to all the fans around us it was a toss up between the leverkusan match or fulham but as the fulham game was cheaper i opted and was very glad i did

was there any shed enders sitting near me i was in row L by gate 12?

Really cool to hear that! I'm sure your son had the time of his life. Can't wait to get back to the Bridge myself.

he has been before about 5-6 times but i think it was his most enjoyable

I was gate 10 mhl :) great atmosphere where I was. Most of the game was standing aswell. Especially after the fulham penalty it spiced the occasion up a little.
