Chec - 6, couldnt do anything about the goals, cant honestly think of to much that he had to do other then that though.

Bosingwa - 4 - Offers very little in terms of deffending and always, always runs the ball... some times the ball can move faster then you bossi, just let the passes go. His crossing wasnt on the ball either.

Ivan - 6 Dont think he can really be blamed for the goals, was competative in both boxes. Would rather see him at right back though, actually think Alex would be a better shout at CB.

JT - 7 again nothing he could have done about the goals, drove us forwards, never gives up and generaly solid up against an inform rooney and pee.

Ash - 5 Given a horrible time by Nani, redeemed slightly by not giving up and getting the clearence of the line. Gets in great attacking positions but doesnt offer a lot once there.

Lamps - 5 Slowed the play down Inefective going forwards and partly to blame for first goal. Didnt even try to defend it.

Mata - 7 Kept looking for those dangerouse passes, we look a better team with him on the pitch and 9/10 times he makes the right call, should have done better for nani's goal

Ramires - 7,5 We know what to expect from him, he puts the yards in from back to frount. competative all the time and that work rate will always bring chances. Unfortunatly in a midfield with morales at the base and lamps not really doing a lot we really notice what he doesnt offer which is that extra little bit of composhure on the ball, should have had two goals and an assist. hopefully continues to improve

Morales - 6 - kept things ticking over but still dont see the benefit in the midfield 3 we started with.

Sturidge - 5 Terrible game for him, touch wasnt there, and things just didnt come off. I wander if he gave ramires the shout for what should have been a goal.

Torres - 8 for me our best player gave the untied deffence a torid time all game, took his goal well, movement for that miss was excellent, as AVB said, the worst misses happen to the best strikers, its one kick in a game that was other wise his best performance for us.

Subs -

Anelka - 7 an assist as soon as he came on and stretched the united defence

Lakuka - Unrated, came on for expirence i think, played out of position so unfiar to judge him, I will say this though. I never saw this kid play before we signed him and im still unsure, the touch doesnt look great, he is only18 and time will tell but never been a fan of buying people because there big.

Mikel - Unrated - not enough time to make an assesment. Prehaps should have started.

Incomplete rating, because I only want to touch important topics

Lampard - Shadow of his former self. Not creative enough in attack.

Ramires - One of his better performances on the field. Dangerously penetrating MU's defence.

Sturridge- quite good communication with Ramires, however egoistically try to score goal by himself, wasting several attacking attempts.

Torres - He should forget about that horrible miss, he played much better than Rooney in this game.

Anelka- Super-sub, more useful than Lampard and Sturridge

Remember, the above assessment is based on MU vs Chelsea game alone.

Cech - 6. Didn't have huge amounts to do - can't really recall too many saves?

Bosingwa - 5. Defensively he is worrying although did make a number of tackles yesterday you never feel confident he is going to make a clean tackle / stop the player. Going forward he just holds onto the ball for far too long.

Ivan - 6. Usual steady game.

JT - 6. Did okay but these days attackers seem to be causing him to panic a bit more than they used to.

Ash - 5. Have to say Nani won the battle yesterday and Ash struggled. Bad challenge on Hernadez too and perhaps some ref's might have shown him a red for that?

Lamps - 5. He set his own very high standards so it's hard to give him more than a 5 for that effort, especially as he was hooked after 45 mins.

Mata - 6. He was always buzzing about but I thought he struggled at times and my main memory of him was that very half-hearted challenge on Nani's goal.

Ramires - 7. Has more energy than the rest of our midfield put together and I love his attitude. Always worry though that he's too likely to pick up a red card, but yesterday for me was the pick of our midfield.

Morales - 5.5. Did okay but no more than that.

Sturidge - 5.5. Started brightly enough but faded and by the second half was a passenger. If he want's to become a regular, he has to do more.

Torres - 7.5. IF only he had scored THAT miss - we'd all be made up for him. Thought some of his play was superb and let's hope that's a sign of things to come.

Anelka. 6.5. Great impact and he's still a class act. But he does hold onto the ball too long at times and needs to be a lot more decisive.

My marks seem on the low side and yet I really enjoyed our performance! See, a few better performances from some of our players and we'd have won that game easy!

Morales? Okay..

You are underrating Bosingwa IMO. Only time he looked shaky was in the second half when we really opened up our game but that is what happens, defenders look out of place. The penalty could have happened to anyone, at least he tried to stop a certain goal. He is very positive player and he gives much more in attack than Cole for example at the moment. I think A.Young played his worst game of the season because of Bossy. He can match his pace.

Mata at least 7 to me.
