Want to get a ticket for the Blackburn game and i've selected a ticket for it in the MHL lower and with all the fees and stuff it comes up to 34 pounds, how is that possible and how does viagogo work? Thanks. (I am a member.)

Ticket touting and reselling is illegal under UK law. However Viagogo was established to provide a way for genuine fans who were unable to attend the game to sell on their tickets.

Viagogo get a cut (10% i think) of the ticket price and the original ticket holder gets to re-coup some money on an event they cannot attend.

Tickets get sent straight from seller to buyer, but the seller doesnt get paid by viagogo until after the event and if their buyer has any problems the seller doesnt get paid and is liable to pay for a new ticket for the buyer at whatever price. So its not int he sellers interest to sell fakes or not actually have the ticket
