Is there somewhere you can collect tickets at Stamford Bridge before a game, or a 'helpline' type number you can call regarding tickets?

 

I ordered tickets for the Swansea game a week ago and they still haven't arrived so I'm a bit concerned as the game is in a few days.

Funnily enough mine turned up about 10 minutes after I posted this thread

 

They should arrive tomorrow most likely, probably a lot of post from around Christmas time for Chelsea FC to send out.

QPR tickets had similar trouble. The club were aware of xmas post issues though and said they would be willing to produce duplicate tickets at the ticket office before the game if you had confirmation email and membership id. Assume it could be the same for swansea but there are still a few days before that one

Yeah it's really no problem, my tickets always go to my old address as I'm a lazy twat and I always pick up my ticket from SB the day of the match.
