Apologies if this has been done before, I searched but didn't find anything. If choose the best team using all of the players from the Abramovich era what would it be?

For me:

Cech

Ivanovic-Desailly-Terry-Cole

Makelele

?-Mata

Lampard

Drogba-Hasselbaink

Not sure who I'd have as the other winger Cole, Robben. I'm sure I've missed out a few from the whole team aswell. Thoughts?

--- Hilario ---

Boulahrouz - Ben Haim - ??? - Del Horno

Maniche -- Veron -- Quaresma

Pizarro --- Mutu --- Kezman

Too many other good CB's to make a choice.

Here's a better team

    ---Torres with gloves---

Torres - Torres - Torres - Torres

--Torres----Torres----Torres---

-Torres------------------Torres---

---------------Torres-----------------

Our best team under Abramavich was the 2004-2005 team. We broke all sorts of records which included the fewest goals conceded in a season ever and a record 95 out of a possible 114 points in the season. No one has ever broken this record since the EPL started in 1992.

Well, this is awkward!

The Shed End Forum relies on revenue to pay for hosting and upgrades. While we try to keep adverts as unobtrusive as possible without pop ups, we need to run ad's to make sure we can stay online and continue to keep the forum up, as over the years costs have become very high.

Could you please allow adverts on this domain by switching it off. Some of the advert banners can actually be closed to avoid interferance of your experience on The Shed End.

Cheers now!

Sure, I've got it!
