Anyone know of good broadband deals about at the mo?

Been with Virgin for 5 years but we're moving to a different house, so I cancelled it. Was paying 26 quid a month for 30MB broadband. I could probably do better elsewhere?

Thing is we are probably not going to rush to get a landline as we'd never use it...doe that mean we'd be stuck with virgin?

I pay 37.50 for 156MB broadband from Virgin! Means I don't need to spend any money on anything else as the connection is so strong you can stream/download anything you want. The actual download speed can go up to 170/180 it's mental. 

Just speaking from personal experience, Sky broadband is sh*t, very slow.

Others may have had different experiences though.....

i think with most providers you need a phone line as standard.

We now have Fuel, so good, straight forward, excellent service. Not much difference in cost with without a landline. Depending upon where you live there is also Vfast which uses mast signal.
