Sorry it's late, I was busy over the weekend. Take your pick.

I think Zouma, Cesc and Azpi played consistently well. Others had mistakes in them or didn't influence the game enough.

Azpi was brilliant won the ball back on multiple occasions and bombed forward on a regular basis allowing him to provide the assist for a well timed youngster. And probably deserves my Man of the match vote as he almost didn't put a foot wrong defensively and carried out his role best out all the players on the pitch.

Zouma was his beastly self at the back winning headers and making important tackles when called upon. He does still however need to work on the technical side and his ball retention to really become one of if not the best in the world. and Cesc was the teams glue joining the defense and attack constantly picking the ball up from the defense and less technically gifted players like Ramires and starting our attacks and moving the ball forward this is usually the games where Cesc is best suited and i  was hoping for a little more creativity however it was a good performance neither the less. I suppose RLC and Costa should get a mention after their well taken goals in particular the Lampard-esque movement that lead to RLC first senior goal for the club.  

However my vote rather surprisingly goes to Ramires who looked a constant thorn in the league 1 outfits' side winning the ball back so often he was the graft that Fabregas needs to play with, and prevented yes a rather weak Sc**thorpe side from ever really posing any threat to our goal or even final third and allowed us to dominate the game so comfortably.        

I thought the best player on the pitch , was their Right back, for us Dave, Cesc or Diego, i go for Diego, put in a great shift...
