Guardiola will spend about 300m to revamp the squad with 6-7 world class players.

I'd say he gets 1 PL, 1 Cup and a couple of CL semis in his 3 seasons here. His already busting bubble at bayern will be completely burst in PL.

He probably is regretting it a bit now especially seeing how they have crumbled this season despite having by far the best resources, squad and lack of serious challengers to the title with United, Liverpool, Chelsea all out the running.

It’s going to take a bit of a rebuilding job, I suppose he faced that at any of the option in England and this one gave the most ‘coin’.

Regardless I think he will be exposed sooner or later.

Agree with much of it, disagree with some of it.

As I see it, Pep will focus more on ball possession, and I don't really remember that Pep had lazy players in his team, so Kolarov and Toure already heading out. He also would add creative players like Thiago, even Koke might be an option, to control the center by holding the ball and moving the ball from side to side. He will build a new defense around Kompany, Mangala and Otamendi.
