Where can you buy the paper back version? I have quite a few old Chelsea books. Not yet invested in a kindle. Should do but i only read on holiday so hence why i don't have a kindle.
June 1, 201610 yr Just finished the book. A bit of social history, a few laughs, good/bad memories, a good read. You can download it onto an iPad via the Kindle app, if that's any help.

I always did that, but on a two week holiday can easily read 5 or 6 books, ended up with overweight luggage, so bought a kindle paper white and what a great gadget. Plus lots of books are a hell of a lot cheaper on the kindle than in paperback. Loads of vintage terrace stuff at less than a fiver! Edited June 1, 201610 yr by Shug
June 2, 201610 yr I always did that, but on a two week holiday can easily read 5 or 6 books, ended up with overweight luggage, so bought a kindle paper white and what a great gadget. Plus lots of books are a hell of a lot cheaper on the kindle than in paperback. Loads of vintage terrace stuff at less than a fiver! Thanks. I keep meaning to do it. On a 2 week holiday i read 3-4 books depending on size. I don't worry about excess baggage as i don't take hand luggage so my books become just that! That way i can potentially start on the plane if the beers run dry.
