^^ good to see one our young players getting serious minutes on loan^^ . This is the type of club we should be looking at RLC going to on loan.

It's hard to believe that your own staff didn't think he was up to the Championship and wanted to send him to Bristol Rovers. It took Kasey to tell them that he wanted to come here and that he was ready for it. Hopefully the way we have treated our loan players and provided them a platform to impress will stand us in good stead for future loan recruits.

Palmer has also benefited from playing in the same midfield as Aaron Mooy who is easily the best player I've ever seen at Huddersfield Town and there can't have been many better players to have played at this level. It isn't beyond the realms of reality that he might make it at City (he's better than Delph that is for sure)

If by some miracle we find ourselves in the Premier League next season, hopefully Palmer and Mooy are signed up for another season or maybe even permanently

I take it you aren't old enough to have seen Frank Worthington then?  He was a special player.

Kasey Palmer has established himself as a regular at Huddersfield Town.

Excellent player making a great contribution and very popular with the fans

Very composed on the ball looks comfortable at Championship level.

Another solid performance by Kasey in Huddersfields 2-1 win over Nottingham Forest.

Scored one and generally passed forest to death, ran the midfield...nice

(thought i would drag my posts from the general loan thread to this specific Kasey Palmer thread)

Before my time but even those who did put Mooy right up there with him. Different types of player but Mooy really is something special, he's 5 seconds ahead of everyone else at this level and seems to have eyes in the back of his head. An Aussie Paul Scholes

He played a Fabregas identikit pass to whoever was on the right in that video. Also his turning circle seems to be zero. With any luck he might be rivalling John Obi Mikel for the 'Black Modric' award.

Was just coming here to post these links in the general loans thread, now Palmer has his own bloody thread!

Hope he continues doing well for you.
