I wouldn't mind Hughesie taking over if Mourinho were to leave for whatever reason.

Sparky has supported Chelsea since he was a boy, and was a top player for us for a short while. He's done well at Blackburn, considering their limited resources, he's well respected in British football and and I reckon he'd do a great job at the Bridge.

Hughes might bring a few things (passion, discipline etc), but i doubt it would mean trophies.

Isn't it obvious that the main reason Hughes is being linked to us now is because we're playing against them in the Fa Cup semi finals and the Jose out stories are the thing that sells papers these days. And maybe, just maybe they will manage to unsettle Chelsea. Exactly why the new Villa rumours are coming up again just before our games against Valencia. The journos are so predictable these days.
