I just saw a new sport called omega ball on TV. Three teams, three nets, circular pitch.  The weirdest thing I have seen in a long time.  Has anyone else seen it, and if so, what are your thoughts?  I am too flabbergasted to comment.

Never heard of it @Phillip Any videos?

There is a YouTube video I see, so just do a quick search and you will see it. The problem I see with this game is that the three teams have to be kind of evenly matched, so if one team is much weaker than the other two teams, it becomes a strange game where the other two teams try to score at will against the weak team, making it a strange and bizarre pattern of play.

I feel bad for the refs who have to deal with the non-stop commotion of those matches.  No offsides, though, so hanging out by the opponent's goal is OK in omega-ball.  I don't see this catching on anywhere, as it is too weird and to get three separate teams to play in one pitch and to set up three separate goals is asking way too much.
