Just back from a week's holiday in Spain and still on a high.

Holiday couldn't have got off to a better start. Mrs wasn't best pleased to spend the first night watching football when we'd been up since 4.00am but found a nice bar to watch the game and thought would give it 30 minutes to see how things panned out and if we were 2 or 3 down by then would call it a day. But Wow, just WOW.

WHAT a performance. I'm sure like everyone else I couldn't believe how the game went, almost right from the first kick. Such an enjoyable game of football to watch and when Cole Palmer is in full flow, there is NO player in the world I would rather have wearing our No.10. But everyone played their part, even Sanchez, who was brilliant on the night.

10/10 for all, including Maresca. If we can repeat that sort of performance next season, we WILL be up there. Am actually excited about next season when I didn't think I would be.

So Proud to be Blue. CAREFREE!!!

I think being up there needs Maresca planning a game-plan for each match rather than just trying to play our game.

Hope he does this as our squad looks up to this.
