Buy Tickers Online CC Final?

Recommended Posts

Theres a message on the official site saying tickets are now available for purchase to those members with 37 points or more, as I have 46... I think I'm entitled to a ticket, but can't find a way to buy it. I go to the usual 'buy tickets online' part but I can't see the Spuds match. Anyone else purchased their ticket over the net who could give me some advice? Thanks 429.gif

Thanks Just, I just got excited because I saw the loyalty points part and didin't really read the article.

I'll be online from 6:45 till about 7:10, if I don't get them then the next chance will be when I arrive at work at 7:45......

Well, I'm in work (bugger, decided to come in early rather than not at all)... and currently in the holding area. Has anyone (who's up and online!) ever had that, do you think I've got a chance aaaaaaand........ have you ever been successful?

Scrap that, got me ticket in the end happy0034.gif after 10 errors and calling the helpline twice but nothing happening...... I finallllly got there ::Scalf::

Well done Gem.

It's the most frustrating system in the world! Had a similar experience with the Liverpool game, thought I'd bought my own seat only to find out a few days later the order hadn't gone thru. Almost ruined a birthday present for my dad. It's something the club need to address.

glad to hear it...still a crap system though

Well seeing as I kept on getting the above error message, then one saying 'there are no seats available in the price area you want with the quanity of seats you wanted. First, I only wanted ONE ticket and two, they selected the price range for me! No others available. I thought for sure I had lost out then... but happily (and rather shockingly) I got through after about 5 more re-clicks.

Crap system, but not complaining... this time.
