This was just the opening shot, my feelings are that it will inevitably happen in some form eventually.

I'm dissapointed I wanted it to go ahead and to see the 39th game played out to sell out crowds all over the world.......and for the other 38 games to be played out in empty stadiums as football fans finally found the bottle to stand up for themselves.

I'm disappointed too. I wanted to see a place like Dubai pay a fortune, only to see Boro-Wigan or something like that playing in a half-empty stadium. Of course, the matches would have allocated by a completely honest draw.
