I would liked to have seen Kakuta again, Anelka is either tired or a little bit pissed Drog has stormed back into the limelight. He seemed very upset and at times a little selfish trying to get a goal for himself....but hey I guess a selfish striker is a good striker who scores lots of goals !

Someone told me that it was the top 4 that are worse off than the previous seasons, I disagree. I think the poor teams have all become average teams that will give you a came in their own back yard. The champions this year will have one of the lowest points hauls ever recorded.

Basically sums it up for me, I am still jumping for joy with the back to back titles. This beats watching Peacock and co anyday ! If we don't win anything we don't win anything but you can be dam sure we will have another, probably longer stroll of success in the very near future and this is going to continue for decades to come now. Anyway the season is not over until it's over. I do not think some fans quite get what Chelsea FC is now, we are not a Blackburn....we are a top European club and it is going to stay that way for a long time, so chin up lads...lots more silverware to come our way in the near and far future ! I say beat the mancs at their yeard and win all our home games with an average away record and we win the league. We can afford to lose three away from home just as long as all the home games are put away and we put away the mancs for good !

Coco you are missing my point. I am not saying that JT was not at fault, all I am saying is you cannot clear every ball, you can not save every goal....goals happen and usually when they are of that caliber, you cannot blame the defender too much. Name me one defender who has never let a striker get a head of him or has never let a striker get to the ball first...it happens. Quite frankly, I think JT should not have played last night, Alex is an extremely good defender, almost on a apar with JT for quality however lacking in leadership obviously.

Could I just add to your defence of JT that, the first goal was just an f'ing good and well handled goal. The second goal was due to him taking a hit a few minutes before, he was not moving right and he obviously was unable to reach the normal height and thus why he missed the ball and landed in Saha's lap.

Regardless of what we both think, we cannot fail to be impressed with Carlo being at the top of the premier league, into the knock out stage of the CL and doing well in the FA cup. With no transfer ban I think whatever misery we suffer this year, we can suffer in the knowledge that with a few signings this summer we could rule the premier league for a good few seasons to come.

I think Carlo is doing rather well for his first season. Not everyone is like Jose and to be honest Carlo has come at a strange time in the premier league. Almost every team will give you a game, especially if you are away from home. Keep the winning the home games I say and see what you can get away from home, this away thing is not just our problem, all teams are having the same thing, especially the top teams. Man city away to Hull, United away to Burnley, us away to wigan etc etc etc.
