Lots of people making excuses for Potter. Fact most of what we've seen has been really appalling an amateur coach would get crucified for some of the team management and tactics he has deployed. Loose the next two games and you can forget about top 4 . Kante and James are not gone to save our arses in Jan Remember people where raving about Sterling when he was been played in his proper position, forwards playing wing back with defenders on the bench This guy would play Messi at centre back

Why would you change a players position who was scoring goals and was our top player this is what Potter has done with Sterling destroyed his confidence and disrupted his form. The new owners are at fault for not making this decision at the start and backing a new manager in transfer window with the cash they have just blown. Watching that 90 min it does not take a football genius to work out from the attitude of the players, their movement off the ball, their expressions to one another, team selection , players played out of position that there is no belief from the players in the manager or his dour tactics. Nobody want to play for this guy. None of our top transfare targets wanted to play for him. The word is out amoung the elite players this manager will destroy your career

One good performance every 15 games. TT saying the midfield is not a problem and he doesn't need a striker. Consistently playing players out of position, bad substitutions that do retrieve or turn a game. He does not inspire me with any confidence at the moment I expect the players feel the same way. If we don't do some more business in the next 48 hours Im talking striker and midfield we are in some serious trouble.
