I disagree with you. First I said that I understand what (now) fans expect from Chelsea and that Chelsea is top class club now, but I was talking about those fans who don’t understand whole philosophy of football and managing a club especially in transition period! Second, you think buying players is dream job?! Come one. That is exactly what I was talking about. Now everyone think they know what is best for club. It’s managers (and scout) job, exclusively to buy players. Manager / club first have to have idea of game they want to play, tactic and mental compatibility of future players and not (just) to satisfy fans needs or wishes. Here’s one example. Few years ago son of Inters president was in charge of buying players. He was buying them by his taste, or what was media talking about them or even if Milan want some player Inter buy him just so Milan can’t have him. Inter was full of good world class players but didn’t won any trophy or just one or two (between 1999 and 2005) because manager wasn’t buying players for his game and players was incompatible!

I can’t take it any more ! First of all I must say that this topic refer just to those spoiled fans and not to those old school football loving fans. Somehow I feel like there is plenty of those fans which came after big money! They don’t know to enjoy in football and support club but they are more like Paris Hilton in shopping! Always when something bad happened to Chelsea so called fans are looking for someone execution. One day some player is the best and other he’s the worst. Immediately they start to evoke for new signings or someone’s release or replacement. Buy this, buy that, crying for past times… WTF ?! Just like spoiled child of some rich father! THIS IS NOT SUPPORTING OF CLUB ! You don’t believe in your club! Fu** them ! They don’t know that you can’t buy success, but you have to fight for it and build it. We have one of the best squads in the world! Only Barcelona and Real Madrid have better squads. Chelsea is in rank with Inter, Milan, Man. City, Bayern, Man. Utd. We have new young manager who have to adopt to new football philosophy and learn to work with this kind of pressure. Big club, big expecting, big money… Is it not enough of media and other enemies making pressure on Chelsea? AVB was brought and he’s paid to lead Chelsea and we (supporters) have to believe in him and our players. OK, everyone loves to win, but only the strongest knows to handle with lose and raise even stronger from it. Now Chelsea encounters with many difficulties like lose of form and some others difficulties (which I don’t want to mention). And don’t forget that in 3 out of 10 first league games we had bad referee decisions (ManU score 2 goals from offside, penalty and red card against QPR and against Arsenal ref didn't gave red to Arsenal goalkeeper). And then I hear something like, “buy this†or “buy thatâ€, and “go away†from those spoiled fans and it makes me mad, very very mad. We, others, have to show them how to be a real supporter or tell them to start supporting some other club. We need winning mentality and not some sissy weeping good for nothing fans ! COME ON CHELSEA! COME ON CHELSEA! COME ON CHELSEA!

I think that AVB should play with younger players! But not with many. Mix of youth and experience. There is no much time to waste! Where else could we play and get experience with young players? One player could be in first team in PL, few of them in League Cup, but League Cup games are just few. For several day I thought of starting this topic! This is what I think. Today (against Arsenal) we where bad generally in every aspect! We where very bad in defensive play this season. Norwich was easily play long balls and passes in Chelsea area. My thought is that organization of defense is bad. There is no good set up of defense play. No good area coverage and very often players don't know who will go on ball. They don't cover area like they should and they don't play good one on one defense too. So many times I have saw how our middle or defense was out with 2 or 3 passes. Several times I have saw that 3 of Che players are near the ball and no one do the right thing. I remember when 2 player was stopped by Terry and now Van Persie go through our 4 players. That is what's bad ! There is no strength and hardness in our defense! AVB is not Mourinho and Mourinho is not AVB, but we need a little bit of those Mourinho defense! I remember the time (under Mourinho) when others teams coaches where in big trouble thinking how to go through Chelsea defense! Today is very simple! Just wait for Chelsea to go on attack and make counter-attack! I repeat, this was not our day, but we got something new from AVB in attack but we lost in defense! I feel like they don't practice defense at all ! And one more thing! Our attack have to do more in defense!

Maybe I'm starting to be annoying but did you heard those 3 thousand Genk supporters on Stamford Bridge in last CL game ?! WOW THEY WERE CRAZY LOUD ! Even the commentator was impressed and said: "If only 3 thousand sounds like this what can we expect on their stadium?" But, really, they where louder then our supporters and the ratio was 1:12000 It is good when you let away supporters to start chanting and then you overcast them with our chant ! But sadly that is not almost never the case on Stamford Bridge !

If Chelsea offer him a new contract just so they can sell him it's ok, but if they want him to stay and continue to play for Chelsea it is very very bad! He is not extra class player, and can't bring much good for team and game. On the other hand that extend Lukaku staying on the bench and this is very bad too. I have good feeling about that new generation of Chelsea players like, McEachran, Oriol, Lukaku, Sturridge. They have so much freshness and I think they have plenty to offer!

I was mad too when I saw that Lukaku is not on CL list, but when I think over I realized that he doesn't have enough experience and Kalu is better joker from the bench! But I think that he must play every League Cup game, and some easier Premiere League games to get feeling of Chelsea game and to stay in some form! He is great talent and if he will not play he will go down and that would be disaster. Don't know how would loan mentally affect on him. That is something for Chelsea management to think about. But Chelsea don't need to wait for players to grow. Look how good Oriol is and McEachran need more space too! 15 in of some already decided match is enough!

I appreciate English style of supporting and wish that at least one bit of that is in Bosnia, but it's not I love to see whole family on stadium but it's more lovely to see them sing or just shouting come on, let's go, harder, shoot, watch back :) or anything else what's the part of supporting! They don't need to chant all the time. It's enough 3 or 4 times during the game that whole stadium chant, that players see whole stadium is behind them! Supporting the team only when they play good is like being with your woman only when she give to you then that is not supporting and she's more like mistress I think you are right about that there are many who don't really care about Chelsea and they are there just to see new big signings or something similar. And just one thing about booing. I hate when "fans" do that, especially on the start of new season with new manager who begun to create something new! But if there is some player who don't give all he can (like he don't run after ball that he might catch or he is more mannequin then football player) then I think he deserve to be boo at. It's not shame to lose, it's shame not to give all you can or to give over! That's for losers

That's what I'm talking about! I hate spectators. It's ok for VIP but for rest of supporters It's not ok! Golf, chess, curling or something similar is for spectators. Football is passionate game! You need strength even for supporting ! Shed and MH have to initiate and wake up east and west stand. Away support is very good! I'm proud on those fans! As for those Spurs fans on west stand, I'm against violence but if they would be rude then others have to be rude to them! (Insult or two would be ok ;) ) I want that blood in players veins start to boiling when 40 thousand fans start to sing and support them!

I know that those players have songs and I know that Shed and MH are singing but it's only about 50% supporters on stadium and it's very sad that East and West Stand are very quiet! I didn't expressed well! I didn't mean really insulting but something just to provoke a little! I think that THE FUTURE IS OURS is good :) or maybe someone have something better. It's very sad when you hear silence on stadium for several minutes and you can hear players how they talk to each other, like on training. They need strong suport ! It's not the same if 20 or 40 thousand sing or yell something! It's pure psychology. Players are flying when they feel that all stadium is with them! FROM PAST TO ETERNITY! COME ON CHELSEA !

I'm initiating this topic because I'm not so impressed with home supporting! Watching on tv I have feeling that whole stadium are not involved in supporting. Like the support comes only from Matthew Harding Stand. (I think that those same fans go on away games!) I think that whole stadium have to support, sing or be involved in any kind of supporting! Whole stadium only sing „COME ON CHELSEA“ and that is repeated for five or six times, and that's it! (That is impression watching on tv.) THAT IS NOT ENOUGH !!! There should be more singing and supporting! Whole stadium should sing songs for our legends! (Lampard, Drogba, Terry and others) There should be more insulting and other kind of distracts of opponent players. There should be more banners too. My suggestion for one is „THE FUTURE IS OURS“ There should be some insulting banners for every big rival. Player should be carried on songs all the time all the way! Fans on stadium don't know how lucky are they to have that opportunity to watch Chelsea on Stamford Bridge ! I'm far away from London and England but if I had that chance to watch and support Chelsea on Stamford Bridge I would make brake only to take a breath ! Greeting to all Chelsea fans! COME ON CHELSEA !

Petr Cech, John Terry, Frank Lampard, Didier Drogba are the backbone of Chelsea. No one of these four player should leave Chelsea, at least not for the next couple of years ! Next Premier League title and Champion League Title are ours. COME ON CHELSEA !!!
