They already are over confident.

Eden Hazard - Chelsea Legend
You're calling me a dumbass yet you are completely missing my point. Notice how I say 'current' that is the argument I'm making. If you could have one player right now for this 'current' time you would have Robben over Hazard? I'm not talking about long term I'm talking about the here and now which is why I'm using the word 'current' so many times. If most people would choose Robben then I am very surprised with this forum. Since you called me a name I guess I'm entitled to throw one back, so how about you go suck a cock you c**t. That should do it, cheers.

Okay so current Robben is better but you wouldn't have him over current Hazard, yes that makes sense.

But having said that, over confidence isn't exactly great either, however it certainly doesn't make things glooming and depressing.

So who would you rather have, a current Hazard or a current Robben in the side? I don't know how anyone could go with the latter.

I have my maths exam next month, I'll keep that in mind.

Yeah and he bottled two massive finals before that. Hazard is more talented than Robben, you described him as someone who cuts through the defence and boom it's a goal? You must not see the 50 shots he blazes way off target. He has improved in the Guardiola system but he's not in the same class as Hazard.

Just like every other day, overrated isn't the word, such annoying fans, Arsenal and Liverpool have always been the most annoying when contending. Thank god it's a rare thing.

I agree, I have nothing against anyone on this forum, but I wish people would stop being so dramatic and pessimistic. I would rather you keep those thoughts to yourself if you're going to be a buzz killer all the time.

God Arsenal fans are cringeworthy, now all I ever hear is how good Ozil was and that he's proven everyone wrong... dear lord.

As much as I hate burnley still, I've liked them a bit more since they beat City and I think I'll like them a lot more if they take points off Arsenal.

Am I the only one here who finds it bizzare that Robben is being rated higher than Hazard?

Ancelotti definitely. I think Citys plan is simple anyway, that's why they seem to go out and spend on players in there primes, they can spend a big deal and remain in FFP they've proven that. I think Pellegrini was there for short term success, so I can see him gone if they don't win the league by the end of the season. I'll be gutted if Carlo goes there they'll probably be unstoppable in there first season then come falling back down the next We could have instantly spent a huge sum of money after Carlo's 2nd season here, but we didn't do that, we signed AVB and looked to the future. We didn't even sign a great deal of players, we signed Mata, Lukaku, Courtois then wasted the whole summer on Modric to end up with Raul Meireles. I think our philisophy is different to City, it is now than it used to be anyway. We have a lot of young players, I can't see us throwing money at our problems like they will, we will probably only sign 1 or 2 players in the transfer window at best.

That's also just one perspective, the league isn't that blunt or simple, had we not of done the job at anfield it wouldn't have opened the hope gate for City, they wouldn't of went on to win all there remaining fixtures otherwise. I am giving credit to them don't get me wrong, but they had help from us to win it that year, they bottled there chance.

City went to Liverpools ground and bottled it like absolute chumps, a title deciding game. No one on the planet earth predicted we would go there with that team and actually win it. That gave City the oppertunity and to be fair to them they didn't end up choking. But they only got that oppertunity because of us it was a vital boost to there title and the biggest factor to it. They had there chance at Anield and they blew it, due to that shocking Kompany clearance.

If that many players aren't performing that comes down to the manager not being good enough.

Cuadrado - Chelsea's #23
Honestly I am gutted he hasn't hit the ground running, because we need a bit more venom with the likes of Oscar being quiet this time round. I'm gutted we sold Schurrle I really think if he decided to stay on for the rest of the season he would of had plenty of games under his belt by now and he did bring goals to his game. But how can we all just write Cuadrado off, I wont write him off until I see him play a full season, not half a season, he needs a pre season and lets see how he does next.

I suppose you're right, but I would not write off QPR, it might be a heated derby but we play without our key players that's just asking for trouble, can't afford not to play them. Don't forget we also lose this game that gives Arsenal momentum to close the gap, got to keep that gap as big as we can.

QPR vs Chelsea (PL) 12/04/2015 KO: 13:30 GMT
Rest them? Or you mean keep them out the side so they don't get a yellow? Because we are playing one game a week it's not like they need rest or could even do with it. End of the day 3 points is 3 points, it's no different to Arsenal or QPR. Easier to get 3 points here, can't underestimate QPR, not after a strange result at West Brom they might actually think they've got a chance at staying up, this will be there cup final we can't be too complacent in our selection. Regardless of the risk of yellow cards I think it is one we have to take, can't take gambles like that. We play our strongest team in both games.

I wouldn't like to think of Hazard going anyway to be honest, I hope that day never comes, I just hope Aguero is on Madrids mind when they are looking for someone to score the goals when Ronaldo is past it.
-
Eden Hazard - Chelsea Legend
Some might call me stupid but I would much rather have Hazard in the side than Ronaldo, Hazard is one of the best footballers on the planet right now, he is much above Ronaldo in terms of abillity, not on Messi's level obviously but still. Not going to bring up a whole Ronaldo is overrated debate but just because he might not score as much goals he doesn't play as a team player, Hazard is a team player, he works hard, gets into the right positions, not expecting every player in the side to pass the ball to him for a shot. The only player I would swap for Hazard is Messi, that is it, definitely not Ronaldo.

Eden Hazard - Chelsea Legend
He is absolutely phenominal, I love it when he gets the ball you just know something is going to happen. The only bad game I've seen him have all season was Sunderland away that was it, and he wasn't greatly effective against PSG like he usually is. Besides that can't really say he has had one game where he hasn't been strongly effective on that side. He has to win player of the year.

Yep, that's what I mean by coming on here and hyping his team up. B.J. was on here at the start of the season constantly talking about United can spend the most in the league and are financially secure and will be champion material under Van Gaal. Then he dissapeared and as soon as United were in talks of perhaps being in the title race when they were winning games while playing sh*t like at Arsenal and Southampton he came back on going on about don't write us off we still have just as good of a chance as you or City.
