I would say that is the coach's job. He's the boss and it's his job to motivate the players and to get the best out of them. If they're not doing their job well enough, it's up to him to tell them. I highly doubt that 40'000 booing fans will improve once performance. I reckon a face-to-face with AVB has a much better effect on things. As a fan, you support your players when they're on the pitch.

Fair enough they get a lot of money for him. From Eto'o's point of view, this must be nothing but greed? I guess a salary like that would be tempting for anyone, especially if he feels his twilight years are approaching. He's won everything you could possibly dream of winning with your club. But the Russian league? I'm guessing its not that bad, yet I don't know much about it. Can't see why one would leave Italy for Russia though.

I really hope he signs an extension. Drogba is still a fantastic striker and I think he's got plenty more to give. Besides, Torres needs some competition from someone like Drogba. Personally, I don't want to see Drogba in another jersey and I hope he remains a blue for the rest of his career.
