  1. That's a UEFA rule. Not a FIFA rule.
  2. In all seriousness, as has been pointed out above, I think this will blow over. But it's sickening seeing this kind of behavior pop up again. Lad is way too full of himself. Jose must be having a good laugh right now.
  3. Bloke's been known to have menstrual mood swings very often. Sick and tired of it. He's f**king 28, he's not a baby.
  4. Right. If this whole thing is true then Costa can f**k off. I'm sick and tired of the nonsense. No one is bigger than the club or manager. f**k off!
  5. Has to be said that Azpi let Alli get a header on him twice in the same match. It's not like Alli is Crouch. Should never happen. Moses too has to take some blame there. He switched off the same way he switched off for that De Bruyne cross to Sane in the City game which Aguero almost scored from. Needs to be more aware. There's work to do. This isn't the ideal 3-4-3 or 3-5-2 team yet and it would be amazing if we could win the title with the team regardless. This January and in the summer when we strengthen, we'll see a more complete team.
  6. Interesting bit I'd missed. Good post. After the Arsenal game, we only have 2 games against top sides left. City at home and United away. The United match is like 4 games to the end of the season, if I'm not mistaken. Would be nice to have the title in the bag by then but that may just be wishful thinking. Either way, it's very possible we have an 8-10 point cushion going into that match and we should try to make it so. I know The Individual would love to spoil the party for us if he could.
  7. My thoughts exactly. Kante had a poor game too. Was bullied by Dembele at the Bridge and by Wanyama tonight. Poor passing from him. No need to worry though. Knowing how much Conte hates losses, I'm sure he'll light a fire under them again.
  8. Exactly why I think it's a bit of a tricky fixture. But I'm glad we have the Peterborough match before then. Gives us a bit of time to dust of this loss and have another go at it.
  9. Leicester at King Power however is a bit of a tricky fixture but I'm confident we can get 3 points there.
  10. Think Liverpool play United 2 weeks before they play us. If we can pick up maximum points between now and then, there's every chance United could get a draw or win. It's at Old Trafford after all.
  11. I remember the absolute meltdown on here after that 5-3 loss. We're often too short sighted.
  12. That's irrelevant. They can w**k to the DVD of the win all they want. We're focused on winning the title. Might as well still be beating yourself up for the 3-0 loss to Arsenal earlier this season then. It's not like we've won at sh*t Hart Lane in 3-4 years.
  13. FFS get it together. One loss detrimental to their confidence level? Even they knew they'd lose at some point. Did ANYONE really believe we'd add another 19 in a row on top of the 13 in a row? Come on now.
  14. Yeah and the world will end in 2017. Calm down. Didn't expect us to win every game for the rest of the season, did you?
  15. Funny enough, I feel indifferent about this loss. We've been passing horrendously all night and haven't showed any urgency apart from the first 5 mins of the 2nd half. Think we deserved to lose this one. At least the pressure of the win record is out of the way. We need to go to Leicester and get 3 points now.
  16. Spurs have played their last few games with 3-4-3 though. And they have the personnel for it tbf. Walker and Rose are solid defensively and great in attack. Dier, Alderweid and Vertonghen can all play at full back so they won't feel uncomfortable if you drag them out wide. Wanyama is a beast in midfield. Alli and Eriksen are good inside forwards to have. They certainly have the personnel. Let's hope they get the same spanking all 3-4-3 opponents have gotten against us this season.
  17. Hopefully we get 3 offside goals and one shockingly soft penalty. I want to see their rage and tears after the game. On another note, if we do get the win and those thugs try to start another fight with our players, I hope our boys don't take the bait. We've been getting too many FA fines of recent even when we didn't start it.
  18. I hope I don't see Jamie or Arry in the studio, the salty c**ts. Arry was almost in tears last time we beat them at the Bridge.
  19. Don't act all innocent now. I've just seen your posts over there. You knew damn well you were trying to rile them up
  20. My mistake then. Made that estimate off the posts as I couldn't see the poll results. Normally, I'd say you shouldn't count United off but the fact that your chances depend on ALL of Chelsea, Liverpool, Arsenal, City & Spurs to collapse while you climb is quite steep, isn't it? That said, it's not out of the realm of possibility that you could get 2nd, especially if you beat Liverpool at Old Trafford. I just don't see United realistically winning it even though it's not mathematically impossible just yet. Too much of a long shot. You'd probably need to win 16 of your next 18 or thereabouts. That's not going to happen. Just my honest opinion, I've got no real issues with United even though the occasional banter is always healthy.
  21. The mood on Redcafe concerning this match is quite hilarious. More than half of them want a Spurs win or at least a draw and are slagging of those who want a Chelsea win just to climb higher than Spurs and put more distance between us and Liverpool. The lot of them are actually convinced they've still got a shot at winning the title. Feck me. On the game, I sincerely hope we smash the bar stewards today. Their players have been mouthing off a lot over the past few days about this game. I hope our boys come out and play possessed like they did in that 2-2 draw. Except this time with better play obviously. A 3-0 win would be tasty. But I just want a win anyhow we can get it. Got to put some distance between us and Liverpool. If we lead Liverpool by 8 points with them going into the United game at Old Trafford, that would be ideal. United could very well beat them in that game and we'd be mostly out of sight. If we can come away from the next 5 games still holding an 8 point lead, I think that's the title done and dusted. The 5 games after that are piss easy. Next 5: Spurs (Away) Leicester (Away) Hull (Home) Liverpool (Away) Arsenal (Home) The 5 games after that: Burnley (Away) Swansea (Home) West Ham (Away) Watford (Home) Stoke (Away) I shouldn't say piss easy but they're at least very winnable game. Plus during the period of the 2nd 5 games I listed, the other teams (except Liverpool) will resume playing in Europe so there's every chance we get out of sight. Let's hope we shaft these bar stewards today.
  22. It's an American Spurs website mate. They're not as far up their asses as the w**ks from glory-glory for example.
  23. No chance. Rather give it to Matic or Azpilicueta. Cahill would have been the easy choice but he's gonna be on the bench once Christensen snatches his spot.
  24. I was blasting the club for letting him go a year ago but that was just me being an emotional prick. In hindsight, it was absolutely the right decision. Genuinely hope United fans aren't expecting him to last beyond 3 seasons.
  25. For me this is the order, from "couldn't be bothered" to "oh God, no, is 2017 really going to be worse than 2016? Feck me!!!" City > United > Liverpool > Arse = Sp*rs Under no circumstances must Arsenal or Spurs win it. If we're going to go on an absolute collapse, I'd rather City win it, despite Pep being a cnut. I actually have no problem with City and their fans. United fans are right knobs but I'm over Jose. Couldn't be bothered if he won one with them. As for Liverpool, I wouldn't be able to stand their fans if they did go on and win it but at least they're not the Arse or Sp*ds.
