The only player to have deserved this title in my books in the 15 years I follow Chelsea. Says enough about him if he manages to get his own fans to hate him and its not even for some off the field stupidity. It's his attitude where it matters most - on the field.

I am talking g/a ratio and that has nothing to do with league quality. We are trying to establish whether he will be the 1 pass per game prick that Sturridge was. And I am confident he won't be. Others I think expect him to be the same as Sturridge in that regard. I wouldnt mind him being more selfish than others in the team too - he has a quality finishing, as long as he scores more than he wastes, its still positive. Something I cant say about daniel s.

Just check his goals and assists stats at Porto and you will realize he has always been a team player. 96 games, 52 goals, 42 assists. Compare that to our current winger sturridge - 54 games, 12 goals, 7 assists. Id be perfectly fine with similar g/a ratio. After all Mata, Hazard and Lampz/ Ramires will all be in the team to provide more assists. We cant expect all the goals to come from Torres - this would be too predictable if everyone just tries to pass to him.

Never say never. We dont NEED anyone but we are talking Roman here and with him you never know...I personally dont want anyone beside Hulk and some FB, classy or not.

I wouldnt doubt that this is his twitter from looking at it and I dont doubt he wants tojoin us - he said it publicly that its time to move on for him. I dont envision a problem with his personal terms too. Its just down to whether Roman and Porto can agree on a fee that satisfies both parties. considering they paid 20m euro for him, I dont expect anything below 40m euro to satisy Portos board. DARN EXCITING STUFF!! And it's not even June for heaven's sake.

Ive seen a lot from Kagawa as I follow Dortmund closely. He is pure class and worth every penny (he is 1/2 Hazard cost pretty much). I have seen several full games of Hazard and plenty of highlights from CL and EL, but my impressions of him are more limited. TBH both play for different type of clubs and in different leagues so it is hard to compare them. Id put Kagawa higher in the vision and creativity department, while Hazard in the dribbling and finishing dept. Both pass well and are excellent at positioning. If I have the choice between two, it would be Ka.gawa for the more modest costs associated, but if you look for the hotteest talents in the world it would be Haza.rd. Time will tell when they play in the same league! Mind you we dont need Kagawa, he is less versatile and only fully effective behind the striker, while Hazard can easily play a winger in addition to the No 10 position.

Would be happy - even more punishment for Barca and who doesn't want to see that these days?! Can't see it happening though as they have Benzema and Higuian who are both skilled and quite a bit younger.

Works for barca. Works for sh*tty. Why woudln't it work for us. If the players are quality then we shouldn't have problems. + Hulk and Hazard can both play quite wide football and cross. And so did Mata in his Valencia days.

Both him and Mata can play on the wing but are better behind the striker. I can see them changing positions quite frequently. Worked for sh*tty this season with Tevez, Silva and Nasri.

The only thing I worry about Chelsea right now is probably the most important one - Who is going to be our new manager??? Everything else seems great. Old dogs most likely leaving to stop causing squad morale problems, getting amazing young talent that is ready for first team, interest in one of the most established right wingers in the world, Champions League finally in the bag, CL football next season - something that looked like a mirage just a couple of months ago, Torres finally happy, Sturridge maybe happy and in position for next season rather than on the wing, best defence and keeper combination by a country mile. Honestly, I don't understand all the I am worried comments. Everything except the manager situation is fantastic so far.

His twitter is hazardeden10 or something like that. Considering how important twitter is for him apparently, I can see Mata getting 11/13 (someone mentioned this is his Spain squad No.).

De Bruyne will be like for like replacement for Lampz in a couple of years. + if we get a wide man we have Ramires to use in a central position.

You can actually just about get 11 alright players but usually that's not enough: Hart Jones Cahill Terry Cole Parker Lampard Walcott Gerrard Young Rooney This doesn't sound that bad except for the lack of creavity which is usual for all England sides. 1/2 Final seems possible but I can't honestly see you beyond that. The defence and goalkeeper are rock solid, defensive midfield also. It's just that I can't see this side scoring many goals. Good luck anyway, but I am still rooting for Germany - too much exciting talent there and a great coach unlike Hodgson.

Just put KdB instead of Sturridge pls(marin RW, KdB left). CaNt stand him. This team can easily top liverpool if they play like last season.

Even Barca and Real have players like Mikel playing even against poor teams. I think Frankie can go play deeper and run more defensively rather than offensively but I think Mikel will be more efficient in that role. We'll see. I used to hate Mikel, but he has been great last few months, real promise there. Can't imagine him on the bench - it's not like he is terrible offensively, he has some good passing skill generally.

It's a lot easier to manage young talent than people like Anelka, Drogs, Frankie etc, who are getting older but still insist on playing every week. Next year Frankie will be +1 year so I really hope he will start realizing he can't play every game as he wnated under AVB. The team with Hulk in will be self-picked more or less with real quality Starting 11 and a notch lower subs bench who due to our compact fixtures list still should get plenty of action. Seems like an easy job to me, especially compared to last year when we had too many players that insisted on playing while they are on the way out (I am here assuming people like Malouda are sold of course).

On the bench. We have 70 games a season...plenty of time to play. For 7m you can't seriously expect him to be starting 60 games :) He can be a good alternative to all 3 attacking midfielder positions so should get plenty of time on the field, just not as a key player.

Hhahah, support someone else then wow. At least you are playing there. My country is watching it on the telly and I will be supporting Germany as they are playing fantastic football IMO.

Euro's starting pretty soon. Enjoy that and then come back refreshed for our next season, which I am sure will be mighty good. I have not felt that positive about Chelsea's squad since JM days.
