Eden Hazard is an amazing player. Eden has a great partnership with Juan Mata and also gets the best out of other players. He has the skills which he uses at the right time, has an eye for a pass, has great link up creative play, has pace to beat his man, can dribble and also he can score and assist. I really enjoy watching him play I haven't seen a player like this at the Bridge for a while. So far in his first 3 matches Eden Hazard has got 6 assists scored 1 goal and also he became the first player in premier league history to win 3 consecutive man of the match awards. The good thing about signing Oscar is that now we have a handful of brazilians in our team David Luiz, Ramires, Lucas Piazon and Oscar. They will help Neymar settle here. Oscar is close friends with Neymar he can talk Neymar into joining us like the way Joe Cole told Hazard about Chelsea.

Didier Drogba is a Chelsea icon and legend. But I don't like the idea of retiring shirt numbers. What happens when Lampard isn't here are we going to retire his number 8 shirt ? There will be no good numbers from 1-11 left for any players who joins if we retire shirts. We should keep the number 11 and make it an iconic Chelsea shirt number and let the next legend wear it. Also Oscar has been given the number 11.

Oscar is a great signing. We have done good business this summer signing young players in Hazard, Marin and Oscar. Oscar is only 20 and he starts for Brazil's national team a head of Lucas Moura. In Brazil they don't just hand the number 10 shirt to anybody. So we have a top young talent at our disposal in Oscar. Oscar will be a starter since he cost us 25 million euros he won't be loaned out as we are rebuilding a new team of top young players.
